We originally started our Celestial dragons with the Sun Dragon. They were inspired by Zapdos. Yep, the Pokémon. But instead of lightning, I imagined him as the guardian of the sun. Then came his counterpart, the Moon Dragon, inspired by dreams and the night sky.
Before we knew it, The Celestial Dragonarium was born!

While this is our first BackerKit campaign, it's not our first rodeo into the world of pin-making. We pour our hearts into each creation. Below are some of our wonderful past creations.

Introducing the dragons of the Celestial Dragonarium! If we make our goal, they all will be unlocked! All mandalas will be half raised metal soaked in a transparent colored enamel.
Here is a hidden detail: Each dragon design includes their planetary symbol! It might be subtle like their pose or their tail. Can you find the symbol in each of them?
Mercury is designed after the Caduceus that Hermes carries. 3 inches, gold plating, hard enamel, glitter in the wings with sand blasted effects.
Venus represents beauty and luxury. 3 inches, rose gold plating, hard enamel, sand blasted details, and the wings will have glitter and transparent enamel.
Earth represents being grounded and peace. 3 inches, gold plating, hard enamel, with sand blasted details and the teal marks will be glow in the dark.
Mars is the ambition to achieve ones goals. 3 inch, black nickel, hard enamel, with sand blasted details, and the bright yellow will be glow in the dark.
Jupiter! Our biggest pin! I think of him as a giant salamander in space. 4 inches, sliver nickel, hard enamel, with sand blasted details, pearl swirls in the clouds and glow in the dark lightening bolts.
Saturn is the ultimate Capricorn. 3 inches, black nickel, hard enamel, with sand blasted details, and glitter in the rings.
Neptune goes with the ebbs and flow of water and life. 3 inches, sliver nickel, hard enamel, with sand blasted details, and pearl swirls in the shell and other light purple areas.
Uranus has wings of snow! 3 inches, sliver nickel, hard enamel, with sand blasted details, and glitter in the wings and "beard."
Pluto is just a little guy representing the underworld! 2 inches, rainbow plating, soft enamel, with sandblasted details and glow in the dark in the red areas like the eyes.
Pin designs are mock-ups of the final designs are are subject to minor changes during final production.
Designs: Mockups are shown for reference and may undergo minor changes during production.
These pins are designed to be statement pieces, showcasing intricate details. Sizes will be approximately:
2 inches for the Pluto pin.
3 inches for most designs (also known as Planet Dragons).
4 inches for the Jupiter pin.
Effects: Pins will feature a variety of visual effects to enhance their design:
Sand Blasting: A matte, textured finish.
Pearl: A soft, iridescent shine.
Glow in the Dark: Luminous details that glow in low light.
Glitter: Sparkly, reflective accents.
HalfRaised Metal: 3D element that stand out from the pin’s surface.
Transparent Enamel: Translucent, colorful enamel that mimics stained glass. Is not see through.
Backing: All pins include at least two backing posts with rubber clasps for secure wear.
This will be updated once we hit our funding goal. Additional funds will go towards additional color variations or perhaps designs. Any designs added here will be raw and will definitely not be final.

Shipping costs will be calculated and charged after the campaign ends through BackerKit’s survey system. Rates are subject to change based on quantity and location, but here’s what you can expect:
Rewards will ship via USPS with tracking. Here are shipping costs by location and weight of packages. Ordering add-ons will increase the shipping. These are subject to change.

Canada: $12-$19
Everywhere else (Excluding UK and EU): $15-$22
International Backers: Buyers are responsible for any VAT or customs fees. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees, I’ll contact you to resolve the issue. You’ll be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours, your order will be forfeited without a refund.
Address Updates: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and up to date. You’ll have time to make changes, and I’ll notify you before locking addresses for shipping. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, I’ll contact you to resolve the issue. You’ll be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours, your order will be forfeited without a refund.

EU Shipping: At this time, we’re unable to ship to the EU due to the complexity of the General Safety and Performance Regulations (GPSR). We’re deeply sorry for this limitation and hope to offer EU shipping in the future.
The pin manufacturing process can take several weeks up to a month, depending on the number of designs ordered, as well as the production and shipping of other items. If everything goes according to plan, here's the general timeline you can expect:

Please note: These dates are estimates. Delays may occur, but we’ll keep you updated on any changes.
Manufacturing Delays: Production times are estimates, and delays may occur. Backers will be notified of any unexpected delays or updates.
Design Adjustments: Minor changes to colors or linework may be made during production. We'll do our best to match the final pins to the designs as closely as possible, but some differences between mockups and final items are expected.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the campaign’s end date. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this period or once your order is locked in.
Damaged Rewards: If your rewards arrive damaged, contact us with photos as proof, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Pin Grading: Pins will be standard grade, meaning they’ll range from perfect to having very minor flaws that aren’t immediately noticeable. All pins will be inspected before shipping.
Shipping: We'll use USPS to ship rewards. International mail service may be suspended in some countries - backers are responsible for confirming service availably. Backers are also responsible for any customs fees. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for packages lost due to unpaid customs fees. See the Shipping section for more details. If we're unable to ship to your location, your pledge will be refunded, minus Backerkit fees and taxes.
