Project Update: Project Update: Thank You Everyone! Some Housekeeping and What Comes Next!
Howdy backers!
This has been a wild ride and we are blown away by all your support! When we launched this campaign, we thought we’d reach our goal in about two weeks. It took about four hours. THANK YOU SO MUCH! As our first campaign, we’re humbled by your faith in us.
Second, it takes a village. We wouldn’t be nearly as polished and well put together without the other creators in Oddities & Obscura. Thank you guys for all your advice and thoughts! Be certain to check out their campaigns and keep an eye on their upcoming updates.
Now For Housekeeping!
Verify these items!
Incorrect information here may prevent you from getting your rewards.
- Payment Check: Please keep an eye out for Backerkit emails about failed payments. Some cards have been flagged by banks. If this happens, Backerkit’s email should provide instructions on what to do next.
- Email Address Check: Please check the email assigned to your Backerkit account. Campaign Updates and Backerkit Surveys for claiming your rewards are sent to this email. Please make sure this information is correct.
Tariffs
As many of you are aware, the US has imposed tariffs on all imported goods. These costs are admittedly much higher than anticipated. For now, rest assured that we will not charge extra for your pledges. It’s not the best situation and we hope that things turn out for the best in the near future. Some have suggested a survey tip jar to help offset these costs. Don’t feel obligated to donate. Trust us. We got this!
Timeline
Backerkit Surveys are expected to be sent out by email on April 18th! We’ll be certain to send out an update closer to that date. Please keep an eye out as we expect the survey window to close by April 30th. Be prepared to pay for shipping in addition to newly added pledge items.
After that, design files will be sent to the manufacturer to breathe some life into these dragons. If any additional delays come up, we’ll make sure to let you know in an update.

Project Update: The Final 12 hours! Here Comes the Sun! (que music)
Hello dragon collectors!
I can’t believe we’re here! This is it! The final countdown! The campaign will end April 3rd at 9pm PST.
Important Backerkit Items
Before the campaign wraps up, please check that Backerkit account email is connected to an active email. This is where your Backerkit Survey will be sent. Second, make sure to verify your payment method is correct. If this information is incorrect, you may miss out on rewards.
Pledge Survey
The pledge survey will be emailed out no later than two weeks later. We’ll be certain to update you as we get closer to this date. Once you have the survey, you will be able to choose which variant of Planet dragon you so desire. After that, addons and preorder designs will also be available for you to pick and choose from.
Additional Addon: Eternal Nebula
This serene serpentine dragon slithers in silently into the Add-on’s section last second! Thank you everyone for voting in the recent poll.
While the design image below doesn’t clearly show it, we intend this beautiful design to incorporate swirling pearl in its colored extremities and glitter for its starlit center. Please keep in mind that this design has been fleshed out, but it is still subject to change.
Eternal Nebula awaits you in the add-ons section as a $30 Larged dragon pin. Feel free to add this wonderful wyrm to your pledge.
Pledge Survey Designs:
These designs will be available for Preorder in the Backerkit survey. Like the Nebula Dragon these are in progress designs that are subject to additional changes as we finalize them.
Below are Cofee and Tea goblins with a coat of color.
Crit 1 and Nat 20 Dice Dragons will also be appearing. They have yet to have color added just yet.
What’s this? I see you in the Shadows. Oh it’s just Black Hole Dragon! Or well…at least it’s sketch. Black hole Dragons are shy things. Hard to spot. A bit clingy once you get to know them.
While I was creating Eternal Nebula, I couldn’t separate myself from the idea of what a black hole dragon looked like. The beginning of a star meets the end. It only made sense to create that symmetry. So I doodled away and made this glorious friend. They’re a bit sinister though. I’d love to hear your guys' thoughts in the comments. If there’s enough love maybe we can make them available in the pledge manager.
Shipping
As a reminder, shipping will be charged after the campaign in the Pledge Manager. Keep in mind these are added on top of your pledged amount.
- Domestic US: $5-$8
- Canada: $12-$19
- Everywhere else (Excluding UK and EU): $15-$22

Project Update: 48-Hour Last Call and A New Dragon Approaches?!
Heyo! It’s finally here! We’re glad you’ve stopped by. So what comes next?
Serene Nebula
Well we have an update on our previous poll. The Nebula dragon launched up and away with an overwhelming 49% of the vote!
This ethereal dragon uses its many wings to glide effortlessly through the swirling clouds of dust and gas found commonly in nebulae.
Just as nebulae birth stars, we designed this dragon to embody serene purity-a being of carefree freedom. Its future? Wherever the stardust leads it.
PSA: The Nebula dragon is still currently in what we call the “Messy Sketch” phase. We’re close at hand to a cleaner lineart and we’re excited to show its glorious final form very soon.
Divine Collaboration
Our partner campaign is run by the wonderful Bunni's Boutique. Bunni is the creator of “The Infinite and Infernal” and “Mimics Among Us”. This powerhouse of a creator spends their days designing TTRPGs in addition to pins.
Our favorite Bunni Designs (What can I say, Arielle likes birds):

Note: A quick note, we’ve changed the white background on the angel dragon to help bring out its silhouette.

Project Update: Final 7 Days! + Preorder pin designs + A Poll
Hello friends!
Wow! Just…WOW! Thank you so much! We’re over the moon with how much support you guys have shown us. At over 300% funded, our stretch goals didn’t stand a chance!
All color variants will be available for choice within the pledge manager.
We’re down to the final 7 days of the Celestial Dragonarium campaign. Make sure to share the love and tag that friend who happens to always need more dragons in their life.
Okay we’ll admit it. We didn’t expect you to smash through our stretch goals at warp speed. We planned for a leisurely cosmic stroll and were unprepared for the sudden hyperjump you gave us. We still want to have a bit of fun though. That’s where Preorder Pin Designs come in.
Preorder Pins - These are pins we’ve whipped up in a frantic zest (too much coffee perhaps). These pin designs are not finalized yet, but we’d love to hear your thoughts. We plan on making these available in the pledge manager.
These designs are more in tune with the fantasy work I typically do. These friends make great compliments to the Legacy dragon. There will be numbers in the dice.
Drink Goblins and I go way back. Perfect companions for any day.
