We’re Bringing the Chaos to UKGE 2025!
Ahoy there,
Bit of a detour from our usual magical mayhem, but we’ve got some very exciting news… Roll Britannia is back at UK Games Expo 2025! That’s right, your favourite...
Quick update from the forge - Dungeon Master UK is now part of Driftforge Games.
Same chaos and nonsense, just under one banner so we can keep building weird and wonderful games with a bit more structure.
We’re also now working with the brilliant folks at Critical Kit, who’ll be publishing our future games, including the next one…
Moo, a delightfully strange TTRPG where you play as a highly intelligent cow secretly climbing the ranks of human politics. It’s full of sabotage, disguises, betrayal and… udders. You can even play solo.
We’ll be launching the campaign soon, and you’ll be the first to know when it drops. You can sneak a look here: MOO
Thanks again for backing The Catalogue of Chaos and helping us get this far.
Time for another little peek behind the curtain here’s where we’re at with The Catalogue of Chaos: Edition 3 and what’s coming up next.
Final Artwork: The last few illustrations are currently being wrangled into place. We’ve reworked the front covers slightly and most of the book is fully laid out now. We’re nearly there and it’s looking absolutely stunning (in a dangerously magical kind of way).
Backer Surveys: Surveys will be going out in August. These let you confirm your pledge details, shipping info, and any extras. Please do keep an eye out for yours and get it filled in as soon as it arrives, the sooner we get the data, the sooner we can start moving boxes!
Shipping Timeline: We’re currently on track to begin fulfilment in October. That gives us a good buffer to get everything printed and packed before we send it out into the wild. We’ll keep you updated along the way, but that’s the current plan.
One last thing: If you haven’t locked in your order yet, now’s the time. It helps us finalise quantities, and most importantly, push over the line for the final artwork stretch goal. We’d love to get that bonus into everyone’s hands, but we’ll need your help to tip the scales!
Thanks as always for your patience, support, and general willingness to unleash chaos in your campaigns. We can’t wait to get this into your hands.
We know it’s been a little quiet lately, but that’s only because things have been very loud behind the scenes.
We’re knee-deep in scrolls, ink-stained fingers, and probably too much coffee, all to bring Editions One and Two of The Catalogue of Chaos up to date. Expect new introductions, some tweaks, and a bit of extra polish to bring everything up to scratch.
Edition Three is nearly there too, the final few magic items are taking shape, and the chaos is looking dangerously good.
Surveys should be heading your way around August, so when they drop into your inbox like a mimic disguised as a form, please do fill them in, it makes sure your loot ends up in the right dimension.
If you were one of the swift few who backed on day one, we’re also putting the finishing touches on the Scroll of Monsters, that bonus content is getting its own editorial polish right now, ready for your next campaign.
And if that wasn’t enough… let’s just say there’s a new adventure brewing behind the barn doors. Something a bit strange, a bit silly, and very moo-ving. A solo and multiplayer TTRPG is in the works.
Thanks for sticking with us, James Keep it chaotic.
Well, that’s it. The campaign is officially over and we honestly can’t thank you enough.
Together, you helped us smash through our goal, unlock multiple stretch targets, and turn Catalogue of Chaos: Edition 3 into something far more magical (and ridiculous) than we first imagined. Whether you pledged on day one, shared the campaign with your party, or just quietly cheered us on, we’re grateful for every bit of it.
Behind the scenes, the chaos hasn’t stopped. We’re deep in the final stages of writing the last few items, doing our usual dance of balancing usefulness and complete absurdity.
Meanwhile, Nick Ashton has got his hands full bringing those extra pages of artwork to life!
We’ll share regular updates as we go so you’ll always know where things stand.
For now, thank you once again for making this happen. The next chapter of the chaos is underway and we’re thrilled you’re part of it.
