Project Update: The Terminator Corrections & Continuity Fixes
We're working on the content of the three volumes in this set and we wanted to open this up to fans to contribute and help us make the best books possible. There are a few points in the comics where something was missed in the continuity of the original books when they were published. Here's a good example:
In the original Dark Horse comics - the story is set in 1990. BUT...the editor confirmed that it really should have been set in 1984. Here's the panel with the mistaken date:
An eagle-eyed fan spotted that and we're looking to correct it. Similarly, in The Terminator: One Shot - there's a typo calling Sarah's husband "John" instead of "Michael" in one panel. For the rest of the issue he's referred to as Michael. Minor, sure - but since we have the power to correct it - we want to make these books as good as they can be.
We plan to fix those issues. But we wanted to see if there are any other things that fans have spotted. So we are opening it up to you - the most passionate Terminator fans - to see if you have any other things that seem wrong with the timeline or continuity in the issues we are collecting. Please post your notes here and let us know! If we can verify the correct information, and it's something fixable, we'll see what can be done to adjust any other chronological anomalies in the timeline!
Thanks for helping us to make this project a big success! We can't wait to get these books out to everyone.
Hey Dynamite, Really excited to get my HC set with the slip case!! Just wondering, did we end up meeting the goal for the exclusive #1 issue for the new Terminator series or not, as it sounded like an amazing collectible!!

Why are you creating a new cover for the 1991 *Terminator One Shot* originally published by Dark Horse? It doesn't feature THE Sarah Connor (portrayed by Linda Hamilton in the film) at all, but rather a >>different<< Sarah Connor. That's ridiculous.
Is there a reason the 17 issue Now Comics The Terminator series as well as the two All My Futures Past issues are not collected here but Burning Earth is? I know the collection mostly focuses on Dark Horse content but these other Now issues appear to have never been collected.

Might be a dumb question but will the books be shipped in the slip cases for those of us who added them to the books. so shipping will not be more? as in if they are in the cases then it will be an added layer of protection for the books and the slipcases will be less likely to be damaged when shipped.
Project Update: Mel Rubi's Autograph Tip-In Added For All Terminator Set Levels!
We worked really hard to make sure these books were an incredible value for our Backerkit supporters. If you purchase the trade sets each volume is only $30 but they are $39.99 retail and the hardcovers are $40 each in the sets but they are $49.99 retail. You're saving $30 by ordering the sets in this project over waiting for the retail release next year in 2025. That's all part of our special thank you to backers who have helped to make this project happen.
Please help us to spread the word so as many Terminator fans can get in on the special value before time runs out. Thank you!

I actually really like the covers you have for the metal editions and I understand they're tentative for the sake of presentation on this platform but is there any chance they might be the final images?
Just backed this project with 36 hours to go. Whew! Made it! I hope you guys over at Dynamite can pull off another Terminator collection with the focus of the post-T2 comic books such as Malibu’s Cybernetic Dawn & Nuclear War.
Will the metal editions have metal hardcovers or will they be metal dust jackets that are removable like a normal dust jacket? The pledge level says metal jackets, but there is no description clarifying whether that means a metal dust jacket or a metal hardcover

Congratulations to Dynamite on a successful last 48 hours of the campaign. Can't wait what you'll eventually have in store for us. But being self proclaimed fans gives me very high hopes on a stunning product. We had our differences at the start but I think you've managed to win a lot of people over with your continued clarifications. Making the hardcovered and metal covered books oversized and adding a slipcase for the hardcover set as an add-on were key to the success of this campaign. I have to sign of for now, just over an hour before the campaign closes, but I'm confident it will reach an epic amount. It's also great news to read that you've managed to get us a better international shipping deal. Can't wait to see the details. This is Voyager_NL of the Human Resistance signing off 07
Project Update: Big News - The Terminator Slipcases Now Available As Add-Ons!
We have been working very hard to come up with a solution to one of the big requests backers have had. Many buyers of The Terminator Hardcover sets have expressed that they want an option for buying the slipcase to house their three volume sets. This presented a challenge in finding a manufacturer that could supply the slipcases at a price that was palatable to add to orders. We were really struggling with multiple manufacturers coming in at upwards of $60 to supply these.
Though it took a while longer, we did find an option that allows us to get these slipcases to backers who want them for $25. If we are being completely transparent here - it's put us in a very challenging position, because if anything changes to the supply chain over the next six months, we are likely going to lose money on every order. But like everyone else we are crossing our fingers and hoping that the world is stable and that we can still get you these slipcases at this reasonable rate.
One last reminder - the slipcase is built for the oversized books. That means they will not fit the trade paperback editions. They are sized to hold the three oversized volumes of either the hardcovers or the metal editions.
We appreciate The Terminator fan community who have been instrumental in the development of these beautiful books. Thank you for supporting and offering your thoughts on how to make the project better. Please share this project with family and friends over the next few days as we are coming up on the close of the project. Thank you!
