I want to start this off with saying, I know it's not easy to run a crowdfund. And there is a misconception that the bigger the endeavor, somehow that the infrastructure "magically" will be automatically apropos to match. I recognize there are several limited, overworked individuals on the other end of this correspondence. I get that. All that said. It's been three months since your last message about some folks not receiving the digital comics. We're literally talking about the delivery of digital goods, no shipping or any specifics other than an email address to juggle (granted, with a database to match apropos backer data). I've emailed for the third time now, cc'ing [email protected] and [email protected], in addition to the official provided [email protected]. For the record, I've never received a reply, either to several posts here on this space, nor via the provided email address. I'm seeing a number of other backers' posts here go entirely unresponded to, that have not been inordinately rude or unreasonable. Do we need to start networking and speaking to the press? I don't say that lightly, but this is the type of thing that is kiss of death in public relations, speaking as someone who works in journalism and marketing. There needs to be some amount of accountability here.
