Project Update: Update On Fire Dice & Missing Bags

Several quick updates.
First, we apologize because we're not getting many of our discussion updates. So, some of you added a comment 5-6 days ago, and we didn't see it until today. We have all notifications turned on, on Backerkit so we're not sure why we're not getting the updates. Just know that we're not ignoring you we're just not seeing them come in.
1. All of the orders have shipped. If you did not receive a shipping notification or your dice have not arrived, please let us know. However, please send us an email as per the issue mentioned above. Send Michael an email at [email protected] directly, and he'll help you there.
2. Fire Dice. Some of you have received an extremely pale set of the Fire Dice. If this is the case and you want a replacement, bear with us for a few days while we sort out a solution. We expected the D4 and D8s to be pale, as noted in the campaign, but some folks here got full sets like that, which should not have happened.
We are working with our glass dice team to find a solution. Once we know the best way to correct this, we will give you an update in the next few days.
3. Cracked dice. Most of the dice are sturdy and have no issues, but we've found a few folks who received cracked dice or chips from normal use. This isn't normal and should not have happened, and after making thousands of sets of glass dice, it's rare to have this happen. If you have chipped or cracked dice again, please reach out directly to Michael at [email protected], and he'll get this squared away for you.
4. Dice Bags. We had a few folks who did not receive their first 48-hour dice bag bonus - if this is the case for you and we haven't been in contact with you yet - let Michael know at: [email protected] and we'll get your dice bag(s) shipped out!
Finally,
Rest assured that if you have any issues, we'll fix them, and you won't be stuck with broken dice or something you're unhappy with. In some cases, we may not currently have enough replacement sets or singles, and we'll need to remake them—but again, rest assured, we'll make it right.
We'll be back here within the next few days with a fire dice solution for those who need it, and we'll have instructions for replacements for those who need it.
