Hey everyone,
This is a notification to let you know that this project is coming to an end and to provide you with the last shipping update, as well as end of project information.
All orders marked as "ready to ship" in Backerkit have been packed and are out the door.
If you have not received your package yet please check your email for a tracking email from Backerkit. Your package may have been shipped but has not yet made it to you. Your tracing email will have your tracking number for USPS.
If you did receive your order and are looking to order more Ink and Enamel Fantasy Romance Pins, they will be available in the Etsy shop in about 2 weeks.
If you have not received your package, please first check your tracking email, or please review the following criteria for why you may not have received a package.
🚨 Incomplete Surveys
There are backers who paid for their pledge, but did not complete their survey. As well as backers with failed shipping payments. If you’re one of these backers, you have 30 days from today (June 30th, 2025) to fill out your survey and pay for shipping. If you do not complete your survey within the 30 days (by June 30th, 2025), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards.
There are currently 2 backers with failed survey charges. This means that you filled out your survey and provided card details, but when we charged your card for shipping, the payment failed. If you do not complete your payment within the 30 days (today to June 30th, 2025), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards
Please note that the project will close on July 1st, 2025. After that date we do not check the pledge manager. While you will still be able to complete your survey after that date, your order will not be fulfilled.

🚨 Charge Disputed
If your bank disputed your charge then you may have submitted your survey, but technically your order has not been paid for because the bank revoked the funds. If this happened to your order we sent an email with information on how to pay for your pledge. If we do not receive an email within 30 days of when we first reached out, you will forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
📦 Orders that were returned to sender
If we receive an order that’s been returned to sender, we will email to let you know. That email will contain information on how to get your package sent out again. If we do not receive a response within 30 days of our initial email, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
📦 Never received orders
If your order tracking email says “delivered”, but you did not receive your order, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your post office is the best chance of finding the lost order. If your local post office cannot locate your package, please email us at [email protected]
If you did not receive your package because of an address change, or because you entered the wrong address, and did not notify us of an address change, we can ship your order again, but as backer you are responsible for paying a second shipping fee, per the terms and conditions of this project. If you did notify us of an address change but have not received your order, please email us at [email protected]
For any US backers who are unable to locate their package, you will have 30 days (today to June 30th, 2025) to notify us that you did not receive your package.
If you are an international backer you have 45 days to (today to July 15th, 2025) to notify us that you did not receive your package. If you fail to notify us within those timelines, that your package is missing, you will forfeit your rewards, a new package will not be sent, and you will not receive a refund, per the agreed upon terms and conditions of this project.

We are willing to work with backers however we can to help get any missing orders into your hands. If you order is missing please contact us within the timelines stated above. We can only notify backers with so many updates, it is partially backer responsibility to ensure you've received your packaged, and to notify us in a timely manner if you did not.

I'm currently trying to liquidate pin stock to free up space in my storage. I have new designs coming in soon and need to free up some space.
All regularly priced pins in the shop are marked at 40% off, and stickers are marked at 10% off. No code is needed, discounts are applied automatically.

This is just a notification/update to let you know that we're approaching the start of shipping. I currently have a batch of pins from one of three manufacturers, and I'm waiting on the other two. I know this campaign was set to ship in April 2025, but it looks as though shipping will begin in May 2025. I apologize for the delay in shipping, but between my surgery recovery, and this whole mess of tariffs, it's caused some unexpected delays. Everything seems to mostly be straightened out now, and I'm expecting shipping to start the first week of may.

Project Update: Tariffs, Discounts, and Pin Photos
Hey everyone,
Tariffs
You’ve probably heard about the ongoing tariff situation. The president has been putting in place and even threatening additional tariffs on imports from China. The tariff on imported goods from China will be 104% by midnight tonight.
As you might be aware, nearly all pins are manufactured in China, and that includes every pin I make. There are no enamel pin manufacturers in the US. If the 104% tariff goes through, it would essentially double the cost of producing pins. Not only will this tariff affect the costs of my current campaign (Bakeshop), but it will also affect the pins from the previous campaign (Ink & Enamel Romantasy). The Ink & Enamel pins are still being manufactured, but won’t be shipped until tariffs are in place, and therefore will face a 104% tariff. Due to the nature of crowdfunding, and launching my previous project before Trump was in office, I of course did not budget for a 104% tariff, because quite frankly that’s outrageous and unheard of.
This current predicament is not sustainable for most small businesses, and has caused a large amount of stress. With tariffs being enacted on imports from basically anywhere, we can all expect everything we buy to become more expensive.
As backers of either the previous campaign, or the most recent campaign, I will not be charging more for pins or shipping, because that’s just not how crowdfunding works. I put out a campaign, we agree on a price, you pay that expected price, and then you receive the items later on.
As a result of the tariffs I may have to raise my prices in general, but I’m not about to do that just yet. What I am going to do is launch a 40% sale on all regularly priced enamel pins, in an effort to liquidate some of my inventory, and bring in some money to set aside for tariff payments. There is no code necessary, if you navigate to the Etsy site, you’ll see the prices already marked down. I plan to run this sale for 1 week.
If you would like to support myself and other small business owners, please consider calling your state representatives and senators to voice your discontent with the current tariff situation.

On a more positive note, I received some photos from the manufacturer. You'll see on the Cauldron Pin photo that there was an incorrect color added to the cauldron with the green smoke. I've reached out the the manufacturer and they are correcting that issue. Keep in mind that photos from the manufacturer aren't the best quality, but it's what I've got at the current moment.
