Will you be letting us know the cost difference for the terrifs for the US prior to locking addresses/charging the shipping fees/taxes? Depending on the cost difference, I'd want to change my address to family's in Canada or India to pick it up when I visit. This would offset costs for me (and for you, if you plan to absorb any of the terrif costs). Thanks!
