We returned from origins a little over two weeks ago, and it was a grueling and exhausting trip. We ran 5 hour sessions from 9am-2pm, 2pm-7pm and 7pm-12pm. Luckily some groups ended early and I was able to go grab something to eat!
Collectively our team ran almost 130 hours of sessions and we had over 20% of people return from last year to play again. We had a blast hanging out and their continued encouragement was more fuel for us to keep going!!
We are hard at work finalizing the editing process. We are still looking to receive the product at the end of the year.
We actually have set up a discord server, where all who have joined us can gather and discuss the game. We will have links available if people want to print and play. We may also have a PDF of the book available for you to read and download. It is still being edited, but as many eyes on it can't hurt.
So....we have been working with our editor to smooth out the book and finalizing a few last art pieces for the last chapter! Over the last 30 days we have gotten 87% of the people who pledged for Into the Lair to update their pledge information, rectify incomplete info, verify counts, etc.
Hopefully we can get the last 20 people to go through the link and Update their info. We are looking forward to Origins in just over 30 days and putting in the work and time and afterwards locking in the orders and then sending it off to start the manufacturing process. Of course there is much coordination after that, but we will then be looking towards our next few projects already in the pipeline.
We have a few boardgame ideas in the forge and we are already starting to playtest our upcoming tabletop project.
We are back! Our big news this week is after a {short} rest, payments are being processed and we are working closely with the BackerKit team to finalize our post campaign system. We have just sent out surveys and you should receive them shortly. Please fill these out to finalize your order as we start coordinating the fulfillment
As many of you know, BackerKit allows you to add items to your pledge. While we our finalizing our printing schedule, remember shipping charges will be added later once we have final weights for all the items. This will most likely be closer to the 4th quarter of this year and we will keep you updated.
The end is right around the corner - there are fewer than 2 days to go before the campaign closes!
But before we cross the finish line, we would love to reach the arcane stretch goal! We would love to add the legacy magic items to every boxed set, so tell your friends and other players and lets see if we can run the table in these last hours.
