Project Update: Land of Eem, Land Ho!

Hail Adventurers!

We’ve got a shipping update to share as Land of Eem makes its way into your hands! Unfortunately there were some transit delays (which are always a bummer) due to the increase in holiday freight, but some of the shipments have or are arriving at the ports, which is excellent news! Here’s where things currently stand:

Worldwide Shipping Status

As we’ve mentioned before, the shipments are making their way through the final stages of transit. After clearing customs, they’ll head to the warehouses for fulfillment. Once the warehouses receive the games, fulfillment can begin! We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. But until then, here’s the status update we received over the weekend:

EU: Shipments are on track to arrive at the warehouse on 12/18.
UK: There’s been a slight delay for UK shipments. They’re now expected to arrive at the port on 12/23, with delivery to the warehouse estimated no earlier than 12/27.
US: The shipment to the US is in 3 parts. One arrived at the port on 12/13 and is awaiting transit to the warehouse. Another has an ETA to the port of 12/23. And the last has an ETA to the port of 12/24. For the last two parts, there is not yet an ETA for when they will arrive at the warehouse.
Rickety Stitch: The Rickety Stitch series is the first to arrive! We’ve got volumes and sets at the warehouses in the EU, UK, and US. These will be shipped out with your orders just as soon as the warehouse gets the game sets.
Shirts and patches: These are also already present at all 3 warehouses and ready to go!

Next Steps

Once the games arrive at the warehouses, fulfillment will begin promptly. The teams have already been preparing to speed things up on their ends. Additionally. we’ll notify everyone as soon as the warehouses receive the shipments and they are ready to start sending out your copies.

We appreciate your patience and excitement as we navigate the final stages of getting the Land of Eem RPG to you. So many balls in the airs, but it's almost here! Also note that if you’re concerned about your shipping address over the holidays and into January, reach out to [email protected]. They’ll be available to help make sure you get your order. No matter what, they’ll handle it, so don’t worry.
