For this little group of people, the future is the past. Now, they're racing to not just understand how can Time itself could just go backwards but how to fix it!
Thing is, none of these "survivors" wants to look at their own past. Clive, the adopted ex-punk British citizen turned insurance company man feels he let his life pass him by. He doesn't want to go back in Time. Sasha, the middle-class Jewish Black woman finally found peace and a loving husband after a life of turmoil. She doesn't want to confront the past. Zeus, the tech genius who illegally extended his stay in the United States and lives insecurely doesn't want to relieve his past either. Leslie, the trans woman whose father is a pastor thought she could look forward and finally be at peace. But fate had other plans for her.
NO FUTURE is a new groundbreaking comic book series from Fabrice Sapolsky (Intertwined, Lady-Bird, Spider-Man Noir) and Eder Messias (Kraven: Last Hunt, Venom) with colors from Walt Pereyra and Morby.
For this campaign, we're offering issue #1. It's a 7x10" 32 pages premium comic book, coming with covers from Eder Messias (Cvr A), Fabrice Sapolsky (Cvr B) and Khoi Pham (Cvr C).
The book is complete (no wait!). We'll send it to print right after the campaign is over. It'll be ready to ship in September. Digital versions will be sent late August.
And issue #2 is also complete! So you won't have to wait much to see what's going on after this first introduction to our world.
No Future is the new creator owned series from Fabrice Sapolsky with art by Eder Messias. Here's their full bios:
Fabrice Sapolsky is a unicorn. A versatile creator who writes, draws, designs, edits, publishes and sometimes sleeps. He released five creator-owned graphic novels in the last five years including fan favorites INTERTWINED, ONE-HIT WONDER and LADY-BIRD through his inclusive publishing company FairSquare Comics. He’s also known to general audiences as the co-creator/co-writer of SPIDER-MAN NOIR for Marvel Comics (with David Hine) and has freelanced/worked for many companies such as Heavy Metal, DC Comics, Soleil, Humanoids or Ablaze. In 2023, Fabrice partnered with the Center for Jewish History to create JewCE, the Jewish Comics Experience, the only Jewish themed comic book convention in the world. Originally born in France Fabrice moved to the United States in 2015 and now lives in New York.
Eder Messias is an independent creator based in Brazil. He's mainly known in the US and Europe as an artist. His art can be found on Marvel series such as Spider-man: The Lost Hunt , Marvel Voices : Legends, The Predator. He also worked for French publisher Soleil on the Vampyria graphic novel and is currently working on his own story, Jungle City.
Founded in 2019, FairSquare Graphics is the first family, immigrant and minority owned publisher of comic books and graphic novels in America.
