Some plushies and a few items are limited in quantity; these will be available ONLY via the post-campaign survey, and will be first come, first serve; this means, if you really want a specific item, if you get your survey in ASAP, you will have a much higher chance to snag that item before it goes out of stock. Surveys will be sent out immediately post-campaign (On December 1st).
Mystery bags in 4 sizes will be available:
Small ($25 with a $50 value) will not include plushies;
Medium ($50 with a $100 value) will include $20-$25 plushies;
Large ($100 with a $200 value) will include all categories of items
MEGA ($250 with a $500 value) will include at least 3 plushies.

This section is in place to highlight any items with limited quantities available as add-ons.
Due to the way backerkit works, I am not able to automatically disable or make unavailable items which have met their claim limits. Any items which end up over-claimed will not be shipped in time for Christmas. If you do not need your package by Christmas, you will be able to let me know in the post-campaign survey; over-claimed plushie items will be available to those who might want them at that point, but will require purchasing through my website to be included in your Backerkit package.
As a result, any items with a claim limit will be clearly communicated at the TOP of the description. You will be able to see how many people have claimed them. Each of these listings will prompt you to look at this section of the story so you know how this will all work.
If you see an item in the add-ons section which has met its claim limit, please do not proceed to add it to your cart and over-claim the item. Because I need to manually hide these add-ons, I may not have gotten to it yet. If an item ends up over-claimed, I will refund the final person or people who pledged to the item MINUS FEES. Because I am clearly communicating how this goes, and I do not receive any fees back for refunds, I will not be refunding any fees for these situations. The only exception to this is if someone ends up unable or unwilling to pay their pledge, which will then free up the items as part of their pledge. I will have this information when things are imported into the pledge manager, so if this is the case, I will not refund the next in line for the item and it will be as if you pledged normally.
Any limited items with additional pieces available to pledge for after the campaign ends will be available in the survey. These are first come first serve, so those who get their surveys in faster will have a chance to grab limited items first!
This campaign will run from November 18th to December 1st.
November 18th, 10:00 AM PST - Campaign Starts December 1st, 5:00 PM PST - Campaign Ends, initial card charge December 1st - Surveys Sent, cards charged for shipping & any additional add-on items. December 14th* - Funds Collected. December 15th* onwards - orders shipped. Any international backers with expedited shipping and all US backers will be prioritized. Anyone who does NOT need their orders by Christmas will be shipped last. If your payment fails and you do not fix it prior to this date, I can not guarantee your item will arrive before Christmas without expedited shipping, and the expedited cut off date is December 20th.
*While this campaign is a little different from the usual setup, these time frames are just estimates and are subject to change based upon outside factors. I will communicate any major delays as is necessary. If funds are deposited sooner than the 15th, I will begin shipping then. Orders will be packaged and prepped for me to purchase shipping and label them all before this date.
SHIPPING
See the chart below for estimated minimum shipping costs - keep in mind that these are only potential estimates, and not a guarantee, and are likely to increase rather than decrease. Shipping costs are charged after surveys are sent out and I have gathered your address, in the post-campaign survey. I will be charging cards immediately once your survey is completed.
Please note that shipping prices have increased slightly for this campaign to account for increased holiday shipping costs via USPS.
You will have the opportunity to add on extra items in your post campaign survey. Add on items may come with additional shipping costs depending on the final weight of your order. MINIMUMS HAVE INCREASED DUE TO HOLIDAY SHIPPING RATES INCREASING.
I will be shipping all orders through USPS Ground Advantage, or, if you have an exceptionally large order, potentially UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Only UK orders greater than 135£ will be fulfilled. All others under this amount must be refunded due to VAT law. This allows me to ship your order without needing to calculate and pre-pay VAT prior to your package shipping. This does leave you responsible for paying customs/VAT upon receipt of your package.
Due to recent changes in packaging/product origins laws in the EU, I will be unable to fulfill any EU addressed orders, and will be refunding those as well. Please consider other ways to support my campaign, instead of pledging for a physical item, as I do not get a refund for any fees collected by stripe or backerkit if I must refund your order.
Keep in mind that Pay Over Time orders WILL NOT BE SHIPPED BY CHRISTMAS - They will NOT SHIP until all payments have been completed, which can take up to 4 months.
If your pledge is over $150, after you select a pledge and go to Checkout, you'll be given the option to pay 4 equal interest-free monthly installments of your pledge total over the course of 4 months.
If you select Pay Over Time, you acknowledge that:
Your rewards will not qualify for shipment until you have paid in full. Pay over time typically takes 16 weeks, depending on the service (1 monthly payment); please keep this in mind if you plan to order something through this campaign for Christmas, as you WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS IN TIME if you choose Pay Over Time. If you do not have a specific timeline, then this should not affect you.
You understand that any partial payments made are not eligible for a refund.
You understand that you will not be able to access the pledge manager survey until after you have paid in full.
EARLY BIRD, PRE-LAUNCH FOLLOWER & RETURNING BACKERS
All early bird backers are those who back within the first 48 hours of the campaign. They will receive a campaign-exclusive postcard sized print!
If you cancel your pledge and later re-pledge, you will not lose your early bird status.
Those who followed the project pre-launch & pledge to a physical item will receive a mystery pack of stickers
Returning backers will receive a mystery 2-pack of b-grade pins
PRODUCT PHOTOS
All product photos are done in the clearest, brightest environments to ensure colors are as true-to-life as possible. Despite this, colors vary from screen-to-screen, and may differ based on what the real-life item looks like. Please keep this in mind if specific colors are important!
PRODUCTION
Due to the inability to limit add-ons, and needing to monitor this manually, some add-ons may end up oversold - in the case of plushies, I will need to then reproduce these items to make them available. If this is the case, I will inform the last person or people to pledge to them a message informing them of the shipping delay. ALL add-ons will VERY CLEARLY STATE what their total availability is - if you see that all have been claimed, PLEASE DO NOT PLEDGE TO THEM if you are unable to wait for them to be re-produced.
In regards to items that need to be manufactured, those will not be available to be reproduced (unless I had already planned to do so) and will be refunded, minus any fees; these items will be clearly marked as limited, with a note that anyone who pledges over the allotted amount will be refunded minus fees.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Chronic cancellations will result in being barred from future pledges on my campaigns.
If you do not fill out your survey within 60 days of receiving it, your pledge will be assumed as a donation.
If a chargeback is filed and the name matches the individual filing the chargeback, you will not be accepted as a backer for any future projects, and may be barred from purchasing items in my storefront.
If you pledge to a custom tier which requires input from you at any point post-campaign, similar to not filling out a survey, if within 60 days post-campaign you do not respond to requests for information, photos, etc. for the custom item, that portion of your pledge will be considered a donation.
By collecting your pledge at the end of this campaign, it is assumed that you have read and fully understood everything outlined above, including any risks associated with the process, policies, conditions and estimated timelines.
