Meet Tom Vargas, Shamus in the glittering kingdom of New California. When a girl shows up murdered, Tom's in a race to not track down the killer. Even when he's bound and determined to confess the crime in front of him. Oh, and lots of jokes about movies.
Tinsel Rain: The next post-apocalyptic high urban fantasy pulp detective novel you will read today! Tom Vargas returns to track down a mage-killer. And he has to do it fast, because they don't have mages in New California. Just ask anybody. Also, more jokes about movies!
Coming up on the first stretch goal, and a new poll! [Important]
The first stretch goal is less than two hundred bucks away, and it unlocks the short story sampler. Higher levels means more stories in it. A great way to learn more about the world of the Fermi Resolution if you're new here!
And then there's the poll. Basically, I'm trying to decide whether or not to make my Fermi Resolution novels available as digital add-ons. There's also the option of offering a PoD coupon for the Fermi Resolution TTRPG, redeemable via Backerkit.
Pluses: people will be able to get things like the first two books in the Tom Vargas series right away. Also, money.
Negatives: I will have to take the books off of Kindle Unlimited, for the duration of the project. Also: honestly, for the add-on I'd be charging it'd be cheaper for my backers to just order my existing digital books and game on Amazon and DriveThruRPG.
