I will be starting the lock order countdown on Sunday. If you have not filled out your survey by then and have gotten one of the tiers that comes with Special Thanks in the book, I am going to make my best guess as to what you would like to be called. I will be neither whimsical nor malicious, but that does not guarantee that I will be accurate.

Digital rewards will get distributed once orders are locked; print proofs get finalized once I'm certain there'll be no more changes to be made. The adventure will come later, hopefully by the end of summer. The print version will likely be considerably earlier than that.
