We have been hard at work shipping not only your Hyrax and Pigeon Plushies, but fulfilling the same orders on Amazon, Etsy, and our website. The fidget beads/super soft stuffing/coosh balls inside of each hyrax are already making them so popular that they are listed at $35 on all of these websites!

The pigeons are also extremely satisfying to squish, so I hope you enjoy them when you get yours in the mail. Tell me what you think, too!

That being said, you've been sending me great questions! So here are some answers to the most commonly asked questions I've received: 

You're getting your hyraxes and pigeons as soon as possible if the additional items are small (printed roll and write sheets, stickers).

That's because we make each and every sticker by hand at this time. In order to send each order with a handmade sticker sheet (printed, laminated, cut, cut again) I would have to delay shipping until possibly mid next year. Instead, I will print all of them at once and ship a load of envelopes once they're all ready.

You can let me know here if you need your stickers earlier than that, but it does delay the process substantially for everyone else at the moment!

If you haven't received an email from XPS Connect, then we haven't been able to ship your order yet.

However, if you have, then you can usually ignore some of the bugs with the tracking number at this time of year. The USPS is made up of people, too. And a lot of volunteers this time of year! It means that people make mistakes when scanning, and I'm getting 2-3 messages per day asking about why something says its still in our origin post office in Orange before suddenly appearing at their door the next morning, or saying that it's delivered when it actually won't be for a day or two. 

The only time to worry will be if the package is marked "Delivered" and it doesn't show up several days. Then you can send me an email about your package being stolen or lost here. 

If you live in Canada, the Canadian Postal Worker's Strike has put any and all mail shipped to you, to a complete standstill. As a result the United States Postal Service also shut down my ability to ship your orders. You should expect a delivery as soon as they get through that month+ of backlogged parcels in your country, on top of the normal 1-2 weeks of shipping time.

I looked into UPS and FedEx options, and they are all prohibitively high, $60+ CAD, some getting to $200+ CAD for those of you who ordered hyraxes and pigeons. If you are interested in paying for that shipping, to get your package earlier, you can let me know here. 

For those of you wondering about the Hyrax Game and the Ferret, you're in luck. The ferrets are all made, tagged, bagged, and on their way to us. Not long after-- they'll be on their way to you! The games are all in a warehouse in Monte Sereno CA with House Fish Balloon, and I am waiting for them to ship me a few to send your way. 

I can't separate your order 100% as well as I can, but I can write notes into each backer field. This means that if you need your hyrax/pigeon ASAP but you have either of those items in your pledge, you can send me an email. I'll be able to make a note and ship you your new friends earlier if you do.
