The last week (and change) of tariff fluctuation has wrecked havoc on shipping costs and prices. But we've got some reliable fulfillment numbers, so we're going to be putting shipping in and pushing it out Wednesday of next week to you.

It's worth reminding folks that (as per the campaign page), you're responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or other charges associated with your shipment. We will be marking these as books, so any charges should be minimal (if existing at all). The world is so influx that it's impossible to get accurate information (it seems to change each day), but we wanna get your books to you, so we're pulling the trigger next week!

You'll have two weeks to pay your shipping, after which packages will start going out in full. It shouldn't take long (there's one or two days worth of work to ship 'em) and you'll get a shipping notice with tracking when they do go out.

We got all our shipments in, except one box of the bonus cards was messed up (shipper left it in a pool of water and it ruined the cards). We're awaiting the replacements, but we've begun the process of working with BackerKit to add shipping charges to pledges, and we're going from there.

As a reminder, backers are responsible for VAT/Customs charges from these shipments, but if there's any concerns, we'll do our best to help.

Hey everyone!

Backerkit surveys are out to everyone. PDFs will go out Friday! As a quick note, despite the review by ourselves and the BackerKit team, the Neurocity hardcover was set to an add-on price of $0.

Obviously, it was not supposed to be $0. It's been corrected to the $36 price point that it was on the campaign. If you added on the hardcover, you might need to double check your pledge (and remove it or be aware of the change)!

The Smoke Test for the BackerKit Pledge Manager is out. Thanks for your patience, there were some new steps to sort out since we've last used BackerKit. It took some extra steps (right in the middle of tax season of course, here in the US)!

A few details:

The zine files are at the printer and being proofed. Once we know the final count, we'll click "print" and get going! We'll print overages (of course), and we won't click print until the PDFs are delivered to you and you have a chance to look them over.

Quick update on fulfillment: we're submitted the pledge manager for review and smoke-test status.
Once that's done, we'll begin rolling it out to get folks their rewards (it's been a minute since we used BackerKit). 

The survey will ask for your shipping address and DTRPG email. We'll give everyone two weeks to respond and then begin sending emails out for rewards while the books go to print.
