Before the campaign ends You can cancel or adjust your pledge anytime while the campaign is live. No charges are made until the campaign successfully funds, so there’s no risk in changing your mind before then. After the campaign ends, but before fulfillment begins If you need a refund after the campaign has closed but before manufacturing starts, we can provide a full refund minus payment processing fees (these are not returned to us by the payment provider). Once manufacturing begins, materials and production costs are committed. At that point, refunds may only be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether your specific reward has entered production. After fulfillment begins Once shipping or digital fulfillment has started, we’re no longer able to issue refunds. However, if your reward arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us directly — we’ll replace or resolve it to the best of our ability. Digital Rewards Digital rewards (such as PDFs or digital downloads) are considered delivered once they’re distributed and are non-refundable. Yes! All early backers will be sent a version of their digital rewards within Christmas, the rest will be sent the books in January. The Core Rulebook is done and the Veiviser is in progress, close to complete. Depending on the amount of stretch goals, multiple versions of the Veiviser will be sent.

No. Both the Norwegian version and the English version have been written 100% the old-fashioned way. Also the artwork is handpicked from our public domain cultural heritage from artists such as Christian Krohg. Lastly, any assets in the book design or on the page are traditional artworks bought from artists.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
