Project Update: Where There's Smoke...A Survey Update!
Greetings, Purple Planeteers!
As some of you might have heard, Goodman Games mailed a "smoke test" survey to a sampling of backers this past weekend. The complexity of combining multiple projects into one survey (to consolidate shipping and eliminate innumerable emails) is considerable, and the smoke test revealed some bugs that the Backerkit folks are working on now. Thanks for your patience as we get all our Gribbs in a row!
In the meantime, we are nearing the final days of our latest campaign, this time for a 3rd-5th level DCC-Compatible adventure, The Exorcist Awaits! Join us...before it's too late!

Project Update: A Gen Con Foray on the Purple Planet!
We have returned home after traveling to an exciting world known as Gen Con! While we were there, I had the chance to run O' Happy Dagger!, and all of the players were backers! A great time was had by all...Of course, I'm partial. What say you, Saturday heroes? NO SPOILERS!
I am also excited to share with you Matt Morrow's amazing drawing for the two-page spread!
Goodman Games is finalizing the Epic Purple Planet Survey (patent pending!) to ensure all rewards go where they need to go, and I'll be sure to let you know when you can look for it in your inbox!

Project Update: What Dreams May Come?
As summer returns and the cicadas emerge, O' Happy Dagger! proceeds apace! We have been working with the other creators to try to streamline fulfillment, and the teams meet again tonight with sharpened pencils to hash out the details.
In the meantime, the amazing Matt Morrow is making good progress on the epic two-page spread, and we are proofreading the module. With the Purple Planet "mothership" off to the printers, you can be assured that our contribution will be ready to go when the time comes.

We've been honored to be part of Goodman Games' first multi-publisher campaign, and we're thrilled to bring this latest adventure to life. All of that being said, though, the best part of this project has been meeting all of you, sharing book and movie recommendations, and imagining what magic would be like if it required really good shoes... As newbie to the world of DCC, the experience of backing the Purple Planet collection of projects has been stellar! Not only have I discovered a plethora of creators, adventures and accessories for my games, but I’ve also run into very nice people who have shared generously from their experience and preferences. I’m coming away not only with the goodies from the projects, but also: - Fantastic book and film recommendations - Lists of mind-blowing adventures to try - Links to amazing online shows, many hosted by the creators of the projects themselves - Many other incredible game resources It’s been incredibly fun to enjoy this campaign, and I’ll miss coming back to check out other people’s comments, though I’ll have to come back to compile all the treasure listed above.
