I went to fill out my survey, and saw there was an option to change my pledge level. Since I initially pledged for all seven pins, and didn't realize we didn't hit the goal before the end (I was at work, and unable to access the Internet during my double shift), I was hoping this would be a way to get that money refunded or at least see if I could use the "credited" money a different way. But now I'm locked into this two pin tier that I picked and I'm not getting an option to go back to my original pin tier. Please reset my survey or give me another way to fill it out - this is ridiculous that I'm locked out for just changing something to see how it panned out. There should have been an alert that it would *permanently* change my pledge level. Now I'm stuck with a $59 credit I don't want to use and would rather use on the selected pins.
