Only one of the keychain bundle?

I didn't really know where to go to ask about this but I got the keychain bundle and I love the Elaine charm but the package didn't have Barnaby or Fantoccio (my bbys ;;) and I didn't know if maybe they were all shipping separately?

They sent out an email with an email address for shipping issues maybe you can try that

I notice on the stage it does say keychain w a quantity of 3 but it only has Elaine
