Big news for those waiting for physical copies. As of just a few minutes ago, I sent the last order to the printer! Once they're printed, they'll be shipped directly from there to your addresses. Once they all ship, I'll submit tracking numbers (USA and some Australia addresses only).

There are some who still need to pay the follow-up shipping fee, which is a separate more recent charge.
