What is this? I have it listed on my pledge receipt but didn't receive it with my book. The Packing slip included with shipment states: "Hold on tight! Your Goodman Games Gazette and Grimtooth's Book of Bonus Traps will be coming soon!!", but my package did include the bonus book of traps. Is it safe to assume that these are being shipped separately? Thanks.
