Pins, stickers, and charms are all finishing up with production soon! :D
The majority of the plushies have made it to me and I have started to go through and quality check them!! :D There are a few things to note here:
First, quality checking takes a long, long time, and we have over 2000 plushies to grade, and it's just me and a few of my friends, so it may take us well into July before we're able to start shipping things out.
Second: All of the Rainbow the raindragon plush were sewn incorrectly, and will have to be re-made. This is going to cause significant delays - production and shipping of these new Rainbow plush will probably take two months at the least. I will work on shipping out all orders that do not include Rainbow first, and hopefully by the time they are finished and have arrived, I will be ready to ship out the rest of the orders that include Rainbow. I apologize for this delay, unfortunately this is just something that is going to happen every once in a while when creating custom items. :'(
I also wanted to note since I have started grading some of the plush, you may see me at in-person events with some rainbeanies, but these are the B grade rainbeanies that have design flaws (such as the incorrectly sewn rainbow plush). I will not be selling any of the A grade plush until I have shipped out rewards.
I will share some pictures of the finished pins and stickers as soon as I have them :D Thank you so much for your patience and I'm so excited to start sending out some of your rainbeanies next month!! :D

We are just getting started on pin production, but hopefully they should be finished and shipped around the same time plushies are here! I dragged my heels on putting in the order for the pins due to the tariffs, because I wouldn't have been able to afford 145% of the cost of them, but now that 30% is in place for 90 days, I feel better about ordering them during that window. To be transparent, with tariffs in place even at 30%, I am at a net profit of like negative 8k for this project ToT. I had just enough in savings to cover the extra costs, but if you would like to support me further I have a ton of fun new things up on my website, hannimations.net!
After talking and testing a few things with my manufacturer, we've come to the conclusion that the only options are either printing, or changing to a solid three color tail. I really want to keep critter's original design with the full rainbow tail since to me it's an essential part of her autism symbology, so I am most likely going to go with the printed tail.
The original design of her tail would make it impossible to have an A grade critter, with most likely resulting in holes in all of them or not being able to be turned out all the way, so we simply cannot do it the way the pattern designer originally did for the initial sample :'( I'm a bit sad that they offered that option up until the bulk order and only then informed me it wasn't possible, but these types of things tend to happen often when producing plush. I understand this may change some of your choices for which plushies to choose so I have left surveys open for you to adjust them!!! I will not be closing surveys for a few more weeks for this reason.
The other thing to note is that bulk production has now started for the other plushies, so they are beginning their journey to be made and come home to you! I will keep everyone up to date as production progresses.
As far as the new idea, I thought in order to avoid any white showing through on the tail, we could do 3 applique stripes, and sublimation print on half of each stripe: so an orange stripe with a dark pink sublimated at the base of the tail, a yellow stripe with a green stripe sublimated on the second half of the stripe, and a blue stripe with a purple stripe sublimated on the tip of the tail. I still need to pitch this idea to my manu to see if it's feasible, but I thought this would be a good middle ground and would make the sublimation printing look a bit better, since instead of white visible under the colors, it would be an orange undertone for the pink, yellow undertone for the green, and blue undertone for the purple.
The issue that we're likely to encounter with the original design is the stripes not matching up at all and/or deforming the tail shape on over 60% of the plushies. because it is so so small and fiddly, even though my manu has expert makers working on them, it'd be impossible to avoid on all of them. This is something I'd like to avoid because I will loose a lot of our funding for other rainbeanies on having to order extras of critter to compensate for this and then having to sell the excess of B grade plush at a lower price.
Please check out the poll and let me know what you think! :)
- I am changing the string loop that is used to be the keychain attachment for the rainbeanies to a ribbon loop. This will give the stitches more to hold onto and make them more secure!
- I am removing the thread sculpting details from the toes of the rainbeanies feet. I found that it isn't super noticeable and is likely to cause issues with the toebean embroidery causing more b-grades if kept.
And then the final detail: my manufacturer is worried that the large amount of applique on critter's tail may not turn out well for bulk production, so we are thinking of either switching it to 3 colors like taffy's tail, or switching it to sublimation printing instead of applique stripes. I wanted to check on your opinion on this before proceeding with one or the other!
- for 3 stripes, we're changing critter's original design, so we'd have to choose which three colors to use. I think going for either pink, yellow, and blue, or orange, green, and purple would look best!
- for sublimation printing, it'll have to be printed on white fabric, so you'll see the white at the bottom of the fur. this will ultimately have a softer effect though since there will be no embroidery.
To show you an example of what the sublimation printing looks like, here's a picture of a scrapped rainbeanies character who had sublimation printed rainbow ears.
After we get this detail sorted out we'll be ready to start production! :D

I also wanted to note the distinction between the original and rainbeanies variant of the woolblossom sticker: the rainbeanies variant features the blue coloration of cookie and the original is his typical brown :D
Thank you so much for filling out your surveys! We are at about 78% survey completion which is pretty awesome! I'd love to get to about 80% soon and then I can get numbers together to start production :D We've also managed to fund two additional mini pins of Beau and Beans and are one order away from funding Ruby, and three away from rainbow!! :D
Do let me know if you have any other questions regarding the survey! Hope you're having a wonderful weekend! :D

Well folk’s finally got my package after waiting forever and not only did I get sent the wrong stickers but I also didn’t receive my Beans ace pin. The only thing that they managed to get right was to send me the rain cloud pin, the collab pin, and the freebie. Which what is so funny is that the snoozelings creator sent out their rewards ages ago, and I’m only now getting this one. If I’m not going to be sent the correct stuff I just want a refund.
