Surveys have been sent out, so please make sure you check your emails and fill them out to claim your characters! Here are some updates to the surveys that we just changed, which are a little different from previous campaigns:
Surveys have been sent out, so please make sure you check your emails and fill them out to claim your characters! Here are some updates to the surveys that we just changed, which are a little different from previous campaigns:
- We've received some questions about discounts on additional pins added after the campaign, so we've included a "Buy 4 Get 1 Free" discount for pins added on when you're answering your surveys! Please note that this is not an automatic discount - we will manually credit you for the free 5th bonus pin (because there is no other way to select 5 characters while receiving the discount).
- If you really want to select cat cake pins for your pledges, you now can! Of course, you can add them as add-ons during the survey as well, but if you really prefer to have cats on your team over characters, that's fine too :D
- As noted in the campaign, shipping is added on during the survey portion instead of during your initial pledge! They will be automatically calculated using weights.
