Hello, my Mimic arrived today in germany, sadly the hinges are broken of in the back, I think I can fix it with some wood glue, The problem was that one of the dice prisons was put into the mimic and the pressure of the foam and the prison was just too much. appart from that she looks awesome, very menacing and is just a beauty
PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: All rewards shipped
I'm just letting everyone know that as of yesterday, all rewards for the Mimic Adoption program have shipped. There are still a few people who didn't complete their surveys who I've reached out to, but have yet to hear back, so as of today, we are considering this project closed.
We have GenCon coming up in a few weeks. Hrothgar's Hoard will be in two separate locations this year due to securing an extra booth, but not one adjacent to our current booths. So you can find us at booth 2663 and booth 2558. They aren't that far away from each other so if you don't see what you'd like at one booth, be sure to check out the other.
We will be featuring a limited number of our next Backerkit project: Character Journals. Character Journals are designed for D&D, but can be used with any game system. They feature a dry erase sheet where you can place any existing or designed character sheet, several pages for spell/equipment cards and then two nice driawing sections: one using a dot grid so you can map your dungeons and another with high quality drawing paper so you can either journal or draw highlights from your adventures.
These journals come in 3 different colors and are engraved with several choices of artwork done by Grace Allyse. The journals have already been produced, so as soon as the project is over, I'll begin shipping. This will be a virtually immediate turnaround once the project closes. If you are going to be at Gen Con, come take a look at them. I will have a limited number available for purchase as an early bird.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: July 5 update
Hope all my fellow Americans had a great Independence Day. Lots of boom booms and all.
I wanted to give a quick update on shipping for the remaining pledges. I was hoping to get everything out today, but the rain the last couple days put finishing work on hold. Today looks pretty good, so I'm planning on doing finish work today and then shipping the remaining pledges on Monday.
In other news, I was recently contacted by Gen Con regarding my booth. I've been asking for an extra booth for the last couple years. I have two already, but requested a 3rd mostly because I figured it would take me 4 or 5 years before they'd consider me for a 3rd space. Turns out, they were willing to give (sell) me the third booth this year. It won't be adjoining my exisiting booth, so I'll have 1 20x10 booth and 1 10x10 booth this year. Booth numbers 2558 and 2663. They are fairly close together...just a row separating them. So this year, there will be two places to get your Hrothgar's gear! Next year, we'll go with a 10x30 spot.
So, I'm spending the next few weeks making lots and lots of stuff. I'll have plenty for Gen Con, but then I have 9 weeks of the Ohio Renassaince Festival soon after that. And I have 2 tents there. Needless to say, this fall is going to be really busy.
Thanks again to everyone, and I hope to see you at one of my upcoming events soon.

I finished up the first round of shipments just now. This includes most of the domestic baby mimics and several of the feywild. The remaining baby mimics are in various stages of production, as are the teen mimics.
I'll do another round of shipping on Monday most likely. Hope to have everything out soon.
For those going to GenCon, be sure to stop by my booth and say hi!. Booth is 2558

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Production update
Its been a while since I posted so I thought I'd let everyone know what is going on.
As of today, I've pretty much finished assembly on all the baby mimics in domestic woods. I've just started the purpleheart/maple run and will begin cutting the wenge/padauk cases by the end of the week. From there I'll start working on the teen mimics.
I'm going to be at the Celtic Fest at the Ohio Ren Fest grounds June 15, and Origins Game Fair on June 20-23. If you wanted to pick your mimic up at one of those events, please send me an email at [email protected] to schedule a pickup (and to make sure I have it completed).
I'll start shipping in the last week of the month. I don't know if I'll have the teen mimics ready to shiip that week, but the baby mimics should be ready to go.
Thats all for now
