Hello, 20 of you have had failed payment for the initial charge from Backerkit! It's enough funding to lower the unlocked designs by one pin, so please correct this if you're one of those with an errored pledge. I'd like to get the surveys out but need to be able to confirm whether or not to include Doremi, so please check your payment status!

 

We're in the final stretch of the campaign! Currently not all designs are unlocked, so if you're wary I urge you to keep an eye out and lower your pledge as needed because there will be no refunds outside of early bird tiers once the campaign ends. I will try to get everything left unlocked during the survey phase though, so you're not out of luck if a design doesn't unlock here. :) I'm doing a final push for more funding but overall we've had an amazing campaign and I will do everything I can to unlock any leftove designs.


Reposting answers to some questions you might have:

"What if I pledged for an Early Bird tier and not all designs are unlocked?"

If you pledged for an EB tier and you wanted that very last pin to be unlocked but it just wasn't, you can send me a message after the campaign and I will refund you the cost of the locked design(s). This refund is only available for early birds in order to keep their discounts. You will have to message me. The refund will be applied as a credit to your survey (could cover shipping if no replacement item is selected) unless requested otherwise. I will have all information on this available before surveys are sent out, if it's necessary. Please do this within 48 hours of the campaign ending, or I might not be able to help.

You can also select a different design or duplicate instead.

"Can I get restock pins from previous campaigns?"

Yes, I'll have them available in the survey.

"What happens if a pin isn't funded?"

During the survey portion, I will open up a store that gives a second-chance to fund pins. You will have the ability to directly pledge to a specific design (or several), and if it hits a certain goal, it will be unlocked as well. You will only be charged if it hits the goal. So if your favorite isn't funded yet, it's not too late!

I'm so excited we got as far as we did! There will still be a chance to unlock the remaining designs during the survey, and I will be opening a two week pre-order store as well for anyone who missed the campaign!

Surveys will be coming within the next week or so. It's a lot of options/items, so I'll need a bit of time to make sure it's all done correctly. Here's the approximate time line of what to expect:

EARLY BIRD TIERS WHO BACKED A LOCKED DESIGN, PLEASE EMAIL OR MESSAGE ME WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS. I will refund the amount of designs not unlocked as a credit in your survey. If you do not reach out within 48 hours, you are forfeiting the refund option. You may pick duplicates.

It may take time due to the high volume of designs, so please be very patient with me as I navigate this. I will do my absolute best to keep everyone informed of every step along the way. I'm excited to see what we can unlock during the survey portion and will send an update when surveys are out.

Hey everyone! We're getting to the final stretch and I have pretty good news. I was able to shave off $100 per design which lowered the overall cost and raised the number of pins unlocked! Instead of being just shy of Tutu, we're currently just shy of Doremi. It might be a tighter budget for me but I believe everything should still be well within the overall budget when I estimate the popularity of certain designs (I have my doubts certain ones will need nearly as many as others).

There is likely to be a final push in funding on the last day as well, so I will be posting updates to try to give people ample warning of where we're at, as there are generally no refunds once pledges lock.
