Hi everyone! I have submitted the pin counts to the manufacturer and am awaiting a final quote. I'll be sending the sticker and keychain files to a different manufacturer a bit later on to keep everything shipping closer together to me.
I do have bad news for those who ordered restocks: my manufacturer told me they threw the molds out, and they would be way too expensive for me to remake. :( I have some in hand that can be shipped, but there are some that are completely gone for sure: Bebe, Iroha, Devil Homura, Holy Mami, Homura (glasses), Madoka, Mami, Nagisa, Pie, Tart, Sayaka, & Ultimate Madoka.
I'll have to refund the orders of the ones I don't have, but I can pull the rest from my shop stock. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, and I'll be going through the orders to refund the missing pins after I double check what I can pull from stock.
I'm just as disappointed as you are about this. My manufacturer has started trashing older molds sooner and I was unaware. Please be patient as I process what I have and who needs a refund.
Hey all! I've gone ahead and unlocked the remaining designs because we've definitely surpassed what's needed for it! If you were hesitant to add those remaining designs on, now's your last chance.
If you don't complete your survey in the next 48 hours, I cannot guarantee your rewards. You might have to choose different options, or potentially receive a B or C grade. There are no refunds at this stage and I've given plenty of warnings so please finish your surveys! Over 90% have completed it but there are some stragglers.
The preorder store will be closing tomorrow, so if you haven't ordered and want to, this is the last chance.
Once I lock orders, cards will be charged and I'll send the order to my manufacturers. I'll keep everyone updated as well as I can. :)
Hello all, the smoke test seemed well and I fixed an error in it. Surveys should have gone out for everyone else now! Please fill out your survey by March 15th at the latest, or I can't guarantee stock of what you want and there will be no refunds.
The remaining pins are available to unlock in the survey, needing 50 orders each. If a design doesn't unlock, you won't be charged for it.
Shipping will be charged later on, when packages are closer to being ready to dispatch. This is to ensure shipping costs aren't too low or too high with how unstable they've been.

All the leftover pins are available to pledge for in the survey/store. If they hit their goals, they will be unlocked and included in your order if you purchased them. If they aren't, you won't be charged for any that didn't make it.
As for the item to make up for the Early Bird debacle, I was considering including a free sticker sheet for every backer. I struggled over what should be on the sheet, but my current idea is to use the campaign-exclusive magical nurse and create a mahou shoujo sheet around her. Please let me know your thoughts!
If you have other ideas, I'd be happy to hear them! Considering that fandom-based ones wouldn't really please people who aren't fans of whichever series I choose, I was thinking an original concept would be better.
