First up ... a quick update to shipping as I've seen multiple questions in the comments.
Impact! to save money (and avoid 3rd party mistakes) ships out all our packages out of my home based business. So that means my wife working at night to ship out rewards along with online store, Ebay and Amazon orders. However Kim is really good at shipping. She is very confident that all rewards for this project will be shipped out by the end of September. I cannot predict when you will ship in that time (so asking will have no answer) but it will be before the end of September.
Now on the public disclaimer:
At Gen Con, I had a backer pick up a reward with 2 sets of Tyche's Pouch. Out of curiosity I asked him if one was for friend. He explained to me that he wanted my mostly friendly magic item to be cursed and was going to take the 3 negative dice from the one set and add them to the 8 dice in the other causing it to have 6 negative dice and 5 positive and moving the overall modifer in the bag from +6 to -3. The player finding and picking up the bag would be forced to use the bag to replace any D20 roll that the DM ruled important during future gameplay (so the player cannot just burn the cursed item with meaningless skill checks).
Impact! would like to take this moment to say we cannot in any way shape or form support the conversion of our magic item to the forces of darkness. However, the owner of Impact! was heard saying something about clever ideas and diabolical thinking that he had to acknowledge. The owner has also acknowledged that since Tyche was also a goddess of misfortune ... the conversion of the bag to a cursed item like this is not outside what she would have canonically created.
As a side note ... this may or may not have inspired me to order the Tyche's Pouch D20s individually to sell in the future and thus be able to offer this Cursed version as a product in the future. ;-)

If you are attending Gen Con and can message me by Wednesday with your backer name and email ... I'll have the items pulled and organized for you and at my booth for you to pick up. You can also grab $10 worth of product from the booth to over-cover the shipping charges you paid.
Please let me know ahead of time as just showing up at the booth (#124) will be difficult to help you out if we have not pre-packed your reward.
Also the manufacturer did not double polybag the Tyche's Pouch like I paid for ... so we'll need a couple days past Gen Con to poly bag them ourselves before they ship out.
The quality is great for everything though so I am excited to have everything in hand!
I put in the 48 hour announcement to lock orders and look foward to getting the reward shipped out to everyone during August!

After that you have to click a button that says "distribute files to backers"
and then
You need to click a diffeerent button to email everyone the information on how to get the files.
Sorry everyone ... I am learning as I go here as these seem like unneccessary steps ... but they are done now so you should have access to the files from an email sent out with information.
IF you are a pay over time backer ... sorry ... Backerkit will not send you the files until the final payment is made.
Also the part of Backerkit that you put the digital files into said I could use STL files ... but now I just found out that STL files will load BUT THEN NEVER ATTACH TO YOUR PROJECT (they just go into electronic limbo).
So with that new information if you reward is getting STL files ... I zipped the files and that format did load and also attached to the project so you can get them now.
I am on annual vacation for my wife to visit her aging father ... so doing my best to stay up to make sure I fix anything as fast as possible around being away from my current home base.
Tom @ Impact!
This afternoon Backerkit attempted to charge the cards for everyone with a completed pledge manager.
If your payment went through (or you had no payment due) ... IF I understand correctly Backerkit should have made any PDFs that were offered as part of your reward available for you to download.
IF this is true ... anyone still needing to complete your pledge manager ... you should be able to get access to the PDFs within 48 hours (basically as soon as Backerkit actually charges against the card).
Thank you everyone ... looking forward to starting shipping around mid-July.
Tom @ Impact!
I went through all the Backerkit guides and thought I had those items set up properly to just ask which color you wanted when they did the pledge manager.
But for some reason its making you buy it twice (the first one with no color and the 2nd with the color you picked). I have already messaged Backerkit and they messaged back asking for some more information to see specific backers being effected so they can solve it. (It at least made me feel better that they looked at my add-on and thought I did it right as well on first glance).
So BackerKit is on it . That said ... I did have a way to fix it as a creator that might work for you if you want to get your pledge manager finished.
If you delete the add-on you made during the project and then you add it back from the add-ons section of the pledge manager where the add-on items are already a specific color (not a choice) ... that should solve your problem. If you do not have the option to delete add-ons made during the campaign ... no worries (that just means its a creator superpower) and Backerkit promises they will figure out the issue soon.

Hello, I received the 3 addons dices (Fortuna's Pill, D24 and D30) but the 20 dice set Laverna's Ring - Dice Chain D3 to D22 - Multi-color dice is missing. Is that arriving later or was it completely missing?
Hey there! I noticed my order has already been shipped, but I can’t seem to find the corresponding tracking number. Where can I find the tracking number, if there is one?

I see that my order has not shipped yet. Could someone please confirm if shipping has started for the US?

Responses to posts seems to be off, so had to make a new discussion. Steve, I'm in MN and dice arrived yesterday. There were well packaged and inside a plastic bag, so no worries about rain damage. As always, top quality and worth the wait.
