The last time I sent you an update, I told you I was running an audiobook campaign for Blood Ties. Unfortunately, that campaign failed. It's my fault. I didn't give you all enough reasons to want to back it. But, I received feedback and happy to say that I'm ready to try again! So, join me from 12 November through 3 December in bringing Blood Ties to audiobook formatwith help from the talented narrators Jynelle Brown, Prince Bolton, and Carlos Kasse.
This project is also part of The Book Bazaar, a cross-collab project featuring a group of indie authors who want to write books for you! If you back enough projects, you'll get a copy of a really nifty anthology!
And, just so you're aware, here's what I've been up to since the last campaign:
Attended a TON of events this year. I'm tired, so it's time for a vacay.
Ran a Backerkit Campaign for my short story collection titled Blood Lies, and it was successful! I'm in the process of getting everything together so I can fulfill orders in a timely manner. Wish me luck!
My next Backerkit Campaignlaunches in less than six days! If you enjoyed your copy of Blood Ties: A Collection of Three Covenant of Blood Shorts, then you'll LOVEthe audiobook! Which is what I'm hoping to fund in my November campaign happening from 12 November to 3 December.
Working on The Brotherhood of Blood and am excited to work on that campaign when the time comes.
As a federal worker, I've been furloughed, so life has been lifing, but I'm carrying on.

Now that everything has shipped, I'm ready to start a new campaign. Or, at least, somewhat new.
I've had people ask me about an audiobook version for Blood Ties and for The Covenant of Blood so they can be more accessible. And, honestly, I've been wanting to do a high-quality audiobook for both since I conceived the ideas for the stories. So, that's what my next project is: An audiobook campaign for Blood Ties.
So, if you've received your copy of the book and LOVE IT, but want an audiobook version OR if you're someone who missed out on the campaign the first time around, I'm running the Blood Ties Audiobook Campaign beginning on 1 April.
It seemed fitting since that's the official release day for the hard copy of Blood Ties: A Collection of Three Covenant of Blood Shorts.
