Project Update: Looking for a new audiobook? 👀👀👀
Hey, hey Bloodlings!
How are you? I hope you're happy, healthy, and wealthy.
The last time I sent you an update, I told you I was running an audiobook campaign for Blood Ties. Unfortunately, that campaign failed. It's my fault. I didn't give you all enough reasons to want to back it. But, I received feedback and happy to say that I'm ready to try again! So, join me from 12 November through 3 December in bringing Blood Ties to audiobook format with help from the talented narrators Jynelle Brown, Prince Bolton, and Carlos Kasse.
This project is also part of The Book Bazaar, a cross-collab project featuring a group of indie authors who want to write books for you! If you back enough projects, you'll get a copy of a really nifty anthology!
And, just so you're aware, here's what I've been up to since the last campaign:
- Attended a TON of events this year. I'm tired, so it's time for a vacay.
- Ran a Backerkit Campaign for my short story collection titled Blood Lies, and it was successful! I'm in the process of getting everything together so I can fulfill orders in a timely manner. Wish me luck!
- My next Backerkit Campaign launches in less than six days! If you enjoyed your copy of Blood Ties: A Collection of Three Covenant of Blood Shorts, then you'll LOVE the audiobook! Which is what I'm hoping to fund in my November campaign happening from 12 November to 3 December.
- Working on The Brotherhood of Blood and am excited to work on that campaign when the time comes.
- As a federal worker, I've been furloughed, so life has been lifing, but I'm carrying on.
