Thank you for patiently waiting for the surveys! I'm happy to share that BackerKit has successfully resolved the issues, and I’ve now sent out all the surveys. Please take a moment to fill them out, as completing the surveys is mandatory. Without them, I won’t know which designs you want or your shipping address!
In other news, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be part of Pintopia 2025 and launching another project, Fluffy Floral! If you’re a fan of cats and nature, this series of enamel pins is perfect for you. The project launches on January 23—be sure to follow it so you don’t miss out on the early bird incentives! Also, don’t forget to check out my cross-collab partner’s project, Garden Purrs!
Just a quick update: I've been slowly shipping out everyone's rewards.
Based on the latest tariff fee situation, which has resulted in higher US import costs, I don't think the situation will improve anytime soon. I'll try to ship everything out as soon as possible, including the ones that were requested to be held.
I just received an email from my courier informing me that 25% of the Canada Post-based U.S. shipments were rejected by CBP. Although I’ve been using PostNL International Packet Tracked for U.S. packages, which does not go through Canada Post, I’m concerned that similar issues may occur, or that the delay is simply due to the longer delivery time.
To be safe, I’ll be pausing the fulfillment process for one week. If I don’t hear any updates from my courier by then, I’ll resume shipping.
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.
I'm almost done fulfilling the packages for Canada and international addresses. I’ll begin mailing out US rewards within the next few days. Since the US tariffs are still in place, if you'd prefer me to hold your package for now, please send an email to [email protected]
The majority of the rewards have arrived, and I’ll be gradually shipping them out to the addresses provided. Please take a moment to double-check your reward selections and shipping address to ensure everything is correct.
I’ll be prioritizing Canada and international addresses first, in hopes that the shipping situation in the U.S. will improve soon.
