Howdy howdy, Chuu Chuu crew!

Our campaign has officially ended, and we managed to unlock all FIVE Chuuloos designs! That's amazing, you guys are amazing!!!

There's important info below regarding payment processing, along with the next steps in our campaign!

If for whatever reason your payment declines, please do not worry! Backerkit will retry failed payments automatically and periodically for the next 14 days, so if you get notified that your payment declined, you can just fix it up really quick and Backerkit will be able to process it normally!
Unfortunately I am unable to help with payment processing questions/errors as it relies on Backerkit, but if you contact [email protected] they'll be able to help you troubleshoot anything issues regarding payment. 

I am unfortunately unable to add or subtract items from your pledge until pledge manager opens up. Surveys will go out around January 20th, at which time I will be able to help out with any issues regarding changes to your pledge. So please hold on until then!

This week I will be working on updating the main campaign page to show that Frootie has been unlocked, along with updating the photos from our newest samples, and getting the surveys created to be launched later this month!
