Just wanted to write you all a quick update to let you know that we are starting to pack & ship all your rewards!! We have lots of packages to send out so we expect this to take another week or two to process. Keep an eye out in your inbox for the shipment notification email, it will have your tracking info in it :)
If you live in the US, once your package ships your pins should get to you pretty swiftly. For International backers the shipping times are longer and vary, but we hope they will get to you as soon as possible! Also, to keep international shipping cost down, we use a lower cost method that includes tracking, but with more limited info.
Also, we love to see how you all display your pins, prints, stickers and washi. So be sure to tag our shop on insta if you post any photos! You can find us @joy.addict
Just wanted to send out a little update to let everyone know all our pins have arrived, with the washi and stickers following sometime this week! We are very happy with how they turned out and hope you love them too. We have begun the process of quality checking and prepping all the pins, there are quite a lot (several thousand!) so that takes awhile but we want to make sure you get the best pins possible ✨ Check out the photos below for a sneak peek!
Also, a little reminder, there are still 22 survey responses we're waiting for, so if you haven't filled yours out yet make sure to do that soon so you get your rewards~
We just wanted to send a little production update, everything is in production and going smoothly so far! We work closely with our manufacturer to ensure that the colors and details turn out just right, and from what we've seen so far the pins are looking beautiful! Things are on schedule and we are looking forward to receiving the pins, washi, and stickers and sending them out to you! Here's the timeline from the project for a quick reminder of when you can expect your pledge items 💌
Early March – Production order placed
May – Products arrive and we will begin quality checking, packaging and shipping all orders out
May – Your Stamp pins, washi, and stickers are delivered to you!

Add-on Items: Almost every item in our shop will be available to add on to your pledge! After you answer your pledge tier questions, you will click through to our add on shop :) This includes all of our stamp pins and our brand new Envelope Ita Bags that haven't even dropped to our shop yet!
Clearance Section: We have now added a special Clearance section to our add on shop. Check it out to get BackerKit exclusive discounts of 30-50% off!
Freebies: If you pledged in the first 48 hours, you will get a freebie Stamp Sticker Sheet. If you cross pledged for Flea Circus' campaign, you will receive a freebie Letters from Poe Enamel Pin (the other Freebie pin will be sent to you by Flea Circus). Any freebies you qualify for will be reflected automatically in your order.
Shipping Costs: As we've mentioned, shipping was not charged through the campaign and will be charged through the survey instead. This gives us the ability to offer calculated shipping based on your pledge plus possible add ons.
International Shipping Costs: Just as a heads up, international shipping prices for washi and prints is quite expensive because of the package type they require. We wish it was different!
Changing YourAddress: After you respond to the Backer Survey you can go back later and change your address at any time before we close the survey. You will get a reminder email before we lock down all your information. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email.
Questions: If you have any questions while completing the survey, click on "Need help?" which should be in one of the top or bottom corners for more answers to common questions or to ask a question!
