Hey everyone ~

This update is copy pasted across multiple projects so sorry if you see it more than once!

The overview is looking like this;

If you specially requested your pins were sent soon for BnB, the Christmas Market or Mythical Garden; then your package has been sent out. The last big package pick up was a week ago; the next one is tomorrow. 

We are currently in the middle of moving houses, there probably won't be another update this month but work is continuing in the background. We've done everything we can to avoid disruption so fingers crossed we don't have any disasters.

The new fish pond pins have arrived. I don't have pictures, I'm sorry; but they look just like the old ones on the outside. The inside pieces have been sealed differently this time. We are going to let them sit until March to see if any bubbles develop, then we'll send them out to anyone who's had an order with one missing (mostly BnB backers). If you have any trouble with them at all, let me know asap. 

We are having a bit of trouble with packages bouncing back from customs and we're not sure why. The paperwork we're getting is very vague. Considering we send through royal mail which insists its all filled out online, we're not sure what's going on with that. Our friends are moving into our old house though so if anything does end up back here, we'll know. If you want to check on the status of your order you can email us through the support email, although replies will be slow while we move.

That's it! I want to say that shipping will be finished by the end of March (including the missing fish pond pins) but with moving and everything I don't want to promise we won't have any set backs. Just know we're doing our best and we're nearly there :).

All of the orders marked 'ASAP' have been shipped out, including a couple of people who requested delivery in Jan. I hope they'll make their way to you quickly.

For everyone else, our next mail pick up is after Christmas, so we're taking a bit of a break until then. 

I'll be back in Jan with an update on how many have gone out :)

Smoke tests are out! We're not hanging around this time.

Stripe is predicting that the initial campaign money will hit our account in about a week, so we'll use that to begin shipping. Survey smoke tests are going out right now! The rest should be going out tomorrow - so please, if you want your package soon, fill them in asap. Auto lock and charge is enabled, so your card will be charged right away. 

The add on store is quite limited, it would have taken a long time to populate everything all over again. We did have a few last minute cancelled pledges that freed up some items that went out of stock very early, so I listed those again. And I forgot we had sticker books in so I did put up a listing for that. 

I couldn't find a way to combine postage between campaigns that also took tariffs into account, I'm sorry. We have three campaigns shipping close together but not quite at the same time, and if I started to cross reference them all it would be very easy to miss someone's order or send incorrect items. We did an extensive review of our shipping prices and item weights to keep it all as low as possible, though.

Thank you everyone for participating in our first 'market' type campaign. There were a few quirks back stage but I think it went well overall. I hope that you're all having a wonderful festive season :).

So we did get that big shipment of pins in, and I've updated some stock levels and also added a bunch to the add-on section. I made a new category named 'restock', you'll find all the new designs under there. Primarily there are Mythical Garden and Tarot pins in there, including all the foxglove colours, the other iris colours and the three remaining branch pins. I'm afraid I just don't have time right now to take photos of them all, I'll try and do it before the weekend but I can't promise. They look really good in person in though, the manu has done a great job. 

I've added two new pledge levels, one for the full set of branch pins and one for a bouquet of flowers. You can switch pledge tier at any time without it interfering with your freebies and stuff, if you want to. 

I just wanted to reiterate that we're not promising shipping in time for Christmas. But we are going to try our best. We can't ship out until Stripe pays the initial campaign funds into the account, because I need it to cover the shipping fees. Its too expensive for me to cover it out of pocket without at least the initial funds. Stripe did agree to accelerate the process for some of the market projects, but sadly not for us. It can take up to two weeks - which would be too late - but lately I've found its not as long as that so everyone cross fingers. We are going to pre pack boxes ready to go (you can change your order at any time until your payment is taken, don't worry). I'm getting the survey ready to go now that the restock is done. If you can fill it in as soon as you get it (hopefully only a day or two after the campaign ends) then we'll hopefully have a shot.

We set everything up so that there's really nothing to pick from at the survey stage. You'll be able to indicate if you want your package asap or if you're happy to go to the back of the queue, and there'll be a 'notes and requests' section. Please please utilise this space if you know you have a strong preference for yes or no special effect finishes on stickers. We aren't going to be offering options for sticker packs and mystery bags this time, but I will be checking the special requests. That goes for mystery bag genres too. 

There will be an add-on store, but there probably won't be anything new in there. I did order a stationery restock, but it looks like it won't arrive in time.

I am going to go ahead and re order some of the most popular stationery and keychain type things that have sold out. They should be here before the market ends; if they are then they'll be in the add on store at the survey stage. (If not then I have them for the Curiosity Shop survey store so no problem for me!)

We should be getting a new pin shipment in next week, which is exciting. Again if it arrives we'll list them for the market, but we likely won't have proper pictures of them so bear that in mind!
