Project Update: Sleepy Hollow Update: The Final Stretch
Hello friends,
Rick here with a long-overdue update on Sleepy Hollow.
Rick here with a long-overdue update on Sleepy Hollow.
We’re now in the home stretch — the last two books of the project are finally coming together.
The Return of the Headless Horseman
This one is done. The text is complete and currently in final review, with layout next in line. It ties together the events of 'It Begins' (from the corebook) and brings the campaign to a climactic end. It’s a satisfying and haunting conclusion to the tale we’ve been building from the start — I think you’ll be proud of how it all ends.
Writs & Ephemera
I’ll be honest: this one’s been stuck in development hell. I’ve written, rewritten, and scrapped sections more times than I can count. The problem isn’t a lack of ideas — it’s finding the right format and tone that feels worthy of a Sleepy Hollow book. I want it to feel meaningful and look good and be functional.
That said, I am still working on it, and I’m confident I’ll break through the wall soon. I just refuse to release something that doesn’t live up to the rest of the line.

Haunted by Sleepy Hollow License
We’re also finalizing the Haunted by Sleepy Hollow license, which will open the doors for community content creators, writers, and artists to build and publish their own material set in the world of Sleepy Hollow. The license will allow you to create adventures, supplements, and expansions under a shared framework, while keeping the tone and world consistent with the original game.
It’s in its final stages of review now and should be available soon. I’m excited to see what others will bring to the Hollow once it’s open.

Thank you all for your continued patience and support as we wrap this project up properly. I know it’s taken time, but the goal has always been quality first — and I think when you see the finished work, you’ll understand why I’ve been so stubborn about getting it right.
As always, thank you for believing in Sleepy Hollow. We’re almost there.
