Shipping fees are collected after the campaign, and are separate from your pledge fee! Shipping will be calculated based on your location, and will be collected when you fill out your backer survey in the BackerKit Pledge Manager. The "Shipping" section of the campaign page has some rough estimates of shipping costs. Actual fees could be higher or lower.

If all goes smoothly, I plan to ship rewards July - August 2025. If my manufacturer needs to remake pins (due to revisions or damage), this may push this target back. You can see a breakdown of my estimated timeline in the "Timeline" section of the campaign page.

"Cross-collab" refers to projects that have paired up to offer FREE pins as an incentive to back both projects. This means that if you back BOTH projects in the pair (for a physical reward), you will get a limited FREE pin from EACH creator. Back both Moon Hollow Archive and Sorceress by Jeszika LeVye to receive the free cross-collab pin. ALL physical reward tiers of Moon Hollow Archive are eligible for the cross-collab freebie. Yes! The only country I am currently not shipping to is Russia. Please note, any backers outside of the United States are responsible for any taxes and/or fees (such as VAT)! Please also note that shipping fees will be collected after the campaign ends via the Backerkit Pledge Manager system.

Possibly. After all rewards are fulfilled, and any damaged/lost shipments are taken care of, leftover rewards will be available for purchase online. However, I can't guarantee how many of each design will be available. Backing the Moon Hollow Archive campaign is your best bet on receiving the designs you want. I'll be sure to update backers when and where remaining rewards are available for purchase!

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
