Fulfillment has been completed for about 4 weeks now, so I'm looking to close this project next week. If you haven't filled out your survey or fixed your errored credit card, please do so and I'll ship out your rewards ASAP.
Once the project is closed I will no longer be shipping out rewards. At this point, multiple updates, emails and reminders have been sent to stragglers.

A little update before the Christmas holiday: fulfillment is currently 85% complete! I have a bunch of orders to take to the post office tomorrow, then the final 15% (97 packages) will be sent shortly after USPS resumes service after Christmas (my target is the 26th & 27th). The end is in sight 👁️
There are still a few stragglers with declined cards who I will reach out to via email, but then I'm planning to close this project shortly after the New Year (a touch later than I originally announced). Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns, but please be patient with your packages during this busy Holiday season.
If you enjoyed Moon Hollow Archive, you may enjoy this next project... more strange, magical objects, odd creatures, and two spooky characters await you! This project is themed as an early 20th century mail-order catalog, with a slightly more modern, but still vintage, aesthetic.
A quick update to let you know that fulfillment is coming along slowly but surely, and is just about 50% complete! My goal is to have all orders shipped by Christmas Eve. However, I can't guarantee all orders will arrive before Christmas, especially international orders.
I'm waiting on some more packing supplies, which should arrive tomorrow. When I resume packing, I'm also enlisting some help so I can speed things up (I stubbornly thought I could do all the packing myself).
You will receive an email from BackerKit letting you know your order has been shipped, with a link to track your order. All orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow some extra time for arrival, as the upcoming Holidays could be causing delays. For international folks, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery!
Unfilled Surveys / Failed Payments
There are still a small handful of people who haven't submitted their survey (>10) and 23 backers still with declined credit cards. I will likely reach out via email and give one last warning when fulfillment is complete, but I plan to close this project Dec. 31st, 2025. If you have not filled out your survey or fixed your payment by then, I will have to consider your original pledge/payment a donation to the project and it will not be refunded.

Pintopia 2026?
Yes, I plan on joining Pintopia again! In between packing orders, I've been hard at work on some new weird, spooky pin designs. I want to get more of my ducks in a row for this project before I make an official announcement and share sketches... but an announcement is coming very soon! Watch this space 👁️🌙

You'll receive a separate email from Backerkit informing you that you have 48 hours to make changes to your address. In 48 hours, shipping fees will be charged and addresses will be locked. Inevitably, some cards will be declined, so please update your credit card information if need be!

The designs I received 2 weeks ago are sorted and carded, but I barely got a chance to look at the rest of the designs. After receiving the packages, I had to turn around and head out of town. 😅 I am currently on vacation until Saturday the 25th, then I'll hit the ground running with more inspecting and carding of pins!
Of course, I'll keep you updated on any issues with them, but so far, these pins are looking miles better.
I am planning to charge shipping and lock addresses the first week of November. I'll update once more as a heads' up, and you'll also receive a 48 hour notice email from Backerkit before this happens.
