Project Update: ♥July update♥ Failed payments and Incomplete surveys
Hello everyone!
A quick July update for you!
First off, there are a few declined payments during surveys. Kindly check if your payment has gone through, and double check with your bank if it has not, or try again. Please note that rewards will not be given out to backers with incomplete payment! Unless updated. If payment would be completed 1 month after fulfillment, backer will be subjected to available stock.
!Please note that we do not offer refunds after the campaign has already ended!
Next, A handful of backers have yet to complete their surveys!
The item counts have already been sent in for manufacturing, what will that mean for incomplete surveys?
Any surveys done from this announcement onward, will be subjected to available stock.
Your card will not be charged until all fulfillment has gone out.
On a lighter note, all items have been sent for manufacturing and are in the process of production! :)
