Hey all. Thank you so much!!! Sent out the final straggler X-orders this last week and we are now closing hoodie orders! If you have any other issues, please email us at [email protected]. We learned a lot on this campaign so that we can avoid any issues in the future, and that includes:

- Shipping orders containing 3 or more hoodies with UPS and more insurance so they don't get stolen or lost. This may slightly increase shipping costs, but overall you guys won't notice a thing except that your hoodies actually get there in one piece and on time. ;) 

- Making sure all the backer orders come in by a certain date so we don't have to order 12 waves of hoodies with unpredictable delivery dates from the manufacturer. This will mean a stricter deadline for getting surveys in, but we hope we can communicate this clearly with you guys and really get them all ordered in one or two goes. 

- Cross checking backer orders with pick slips before ordering, as apparently Backerkit doesn't give an entirely accurate count and we ended up with a lot of extra random hoodies (and yes we will put these up for sale at some point)

Hey all! We are shipping out the second-to-last round this week and making ONE final round of orders to cover about 24 backers who are not fulfilled yet. We apologize for the delay - the printing company delayed for LITERALLY a month and we had to go through a bit of a rigamarole to get our last order. BUT THE END IS IN SIGHT!!! Look for ONE FINAL UPDATE ONCE WE'RE DONE! Thank you all so much! <3

Hey all! In an unprecedented and VERY annoying fashion, the hoodie printing company took literally a month to manufacture and ship us the hoodies. We received them yesterday and shipped another round, then ordered the next wave immediately. We're hoping we ordered enough this time to warrant the faster ship. Sigh. 

We've also had some issues with the Backerkit item counts not being accurate at all, and now have a shitload of extra stock and a shitload of missing hoodies. We have figured out a way to fix this for the next time we run a campaign like this, and we apologize for the delays. We're hoping EVERYONE's order is filled by the end of the month, so please fill out your survey ASAP if you haven't.

/Hey all! Ordered the next round of hoodies after shipping off a TON of them. If you haven't gotten yours or received shipping notification, you're likely in this round! We have to do it in probably three rounds total because of the way we have to keep track of sizes and designs and the print on demand factor. :D

While we wait on those to arrive - we have EIGHT prototype hoodies we're looking to offload at a discount if any of you are interested - they are brand new, just not in the shrink wrap.

One small issue: on the campaign we promised a SPICY FIRE NUGGET pin, but somehow in the chaos of everything that happened, we had REGULAR NUGGET pins printed instead.

We have put aside all SPICY FIRE NUGGET PIN orders to give you guys a choice:

1) Receive a REGULAR NUGGET pin
2) Receive a refund
3) Receive another pin instead
