Project Update: And we're off!! Daily Bugle publishes new press release complete with PHOTOS.
Hey all. Thank you so much!!! Sent out the final straggler X-orders this last week and we are now closing hoodie orders! If you have any other issues, please email us at [email protected]. We learned a lot on this campaign so that we can avoid any issues in the future, and that includes:
- Shipping orders containing 3 or more hoodies with UPS and more insurance so they don't get stolen or lost. This may slightly increase shipping costs, but overall you guys won't notice a thing except that your hoodies actually get there in one piece and on time. ;)
- Making sure all the backer orders come in by a certain date so we don't have to order 12 waves of hoodies with unpredictable delivery dates from the manufacturer. This will mean a stricter deadline for getting surveys in, but we hope we can communicate this clearly with you guys and really get them all ordered in one or two goes.
- Cross checking backer orders with pick slips before ordering, as apparently Backerkit doesn't give an entirely accurate count and we ended up with a lot of extra random hoodies (and yes we will put these up for sale at some point)
TO THAT END, we're excited to let you know about our next project: Into the Hoodieverse. We're DOIN' IT AGAIN, but even better!
