The majority of packages (79%) are out the door. Local pickups have all been arranged (not included in that 79%) or completed. You asked about carousels; the cutting machine is running 20 hours a day, so we are working on it! I'll update when those are all completed and in the mail as well.
If you had digital rewards, those have now all been delivered, with the exception of The Poet's Eye and The Prince's Song, which you'll receive next month at release.
That puts us at 88% digital fulfillment and 80% physical fulfillment.
Please note, we had a shipping charges error, and if your order has not yet shipped (you can see your tracking number in your BK account), please watch for an email to correct that undercharge. There are only 3 such cases, but we did not build profit into shipping charges, so please help us get things to you safely. (I also found one instance of overcharging -- no idea how the system chose 9.99 to ship a flat sticker for just one backer! -- and I've reached out to that backer to refund the excess.)

We have one add-on item suffering a production delay, and if I don't get an updated and optimistic date on that soon, I'll contact affected individuals to ask if they would like to split shipping so that the rest of their orders aren't delayed. Most orders are not affected.

I probably don't have to explain the tariff situation or what it's doing to campaigns trying to fulfill... I'm hearing so many horror stories from creators, even about home equity loans to pay tariffs on larger successful projects, and so many projects now a net loss instead of profitable. Fortunately we were buffered slightly by a pin manufacturing broker and while we do have higher costs than calculated before and during the campaign, we are not going to end in debt. Tariff price increases have affected the availability of some hardware, but we're planning.
Thus, all rewards but carousels should ship pretty quickly once the pins arrive. (The only potential complication is that I have some work and leisure travel scheduled and if the pins do not arrive before then, fulfillment will have to start after I return.) Carousels will require some extra time, and you will be updated as we know more!
