Hello all, 
The early bird pledge selection was fixed, which was causing the error before (which is why I was able to send out the surveys today!), but now it seems to be charging instead of giving it for free! I've contacted the backerkit team to help resolve this and will update once it is fixed. 

I apologize for the inconvenience!! Unfortunately, this part of the system isn't fixable on my end, so as soon as the team is able to help me with this I will be updating!
