This time is to inform those who were early birds & smoke testers. Please check that your survey is completed. Due to the error we were experiencing, some of your surveys may currently appear as incomplete. 

This would have happened if you were given the choice for your freebie stickers, but the error was preventing you from filling it out correctly (or charging you initially for those stickers). 

Please make sure you check and complete it; there may be a question that still needs to be answered (or reanswered).
