I just finished buying almost every label lastnight, had to not get the remaining ones because my card has a limit each day haha.
But I will get these ones packed this week, and the remaining 28 out next week!!

I am super appreciative of the patience everyone has shown, and I am looking forward to finally having all of these orders sent out and finishing the paranormal pal orders as well! (Which almost 100 of have already been sent out!!)
It’s much more streamlined now and haven’t had any issues with orders since the new process has begun! Which I am very happy about. In future campaigns I will be looking at adding a final tier to fund the ability to hire someone and train them to properly handle all the order packing.
Also please don’t forget about pride pals currently going on! This is going to be the last campaign until I get everything sent out to everyone and any issues corrected!!
Oh my goodness everyone, the apricot replacements have finally arrived!! Now, what does this mean??
It means within the next two weeks every single order left without a tracking number will be sent out and should also be received!!
I am so super appreciative of everyone who has been so patient with this issue with these plushies. I am going to be working as fast as I can in the evenings to get everything sent out!!
I will be working on printing labels in sets of 20 to make sure they are all accounted for and not misplaced for these orders. Since a majority of them contain 20 plus items.
Also for customs being refunded, everyone should have their refund by the end of the week as they were all finally processed today and will take 1-3 business days it says to be returned to accounts.
If I have not gotten back to your email if you sent one via the help email, I will be going through them tonight and making sure to respond to the last of them If you have any issues please make sure to reach out!!
While I am so happy with how big this campaign was it was also extremely overwhelming in the amount of orders and design and has taught me a lot. Moving forward no campaign will have this many designs again. As well as I am planning to hire part time help, and train them as well, for campaign fulfillment in all future ones so that campaigns can be filled faster and more accurately.
Finally excited to say thateverything without an apricot has been sent out. There are less than 143 orders left to send out!! Which all contain an apricot, so as soon as I have them in hand I will post an update!! And they will be sent out asap!!
I am also letting the preorders know that you may have only just today got your tracking, I had to have help from backerkit because he preorders were not showing up. It is fixed now, and I will pack and ship those few orders tomorrow!!
I also beleive I am almosy done with order fixes. Replied to some emails yesterday, and will finish up tonight!!
Paranormal pals have also arrived, the first half anyway! And I will begin packing those next weekend!!!
The apricots are still in customs, but tracking says estimated delivery by May 28th!!
However I did not get a chance to get the rest of the orders packed over the weekend, just was exhausted and needed the rest. So please if you have tracking, and it has not updated yet. Also for order fixes, I did not get a chance to go through emails again yet either. I will be doing so tomorrow and getting those remaining order fixes sent out by Thursday as well!!
I am waiting on apricots to arrive so if you do not yet have tracking it is because you have an apricot order and I am waiting for them to arrive. I really appreciate the patience and I am doing my best to make sure everything is transparent!!
In other news as well, paranormal pals first half of the bulk order arrives this week. Next weekend I will begin packing those orders as well!! Once all the prehistoric ones, that do not have an apricot, get sent out.
Please please comment if you have an order that has no tracking still, and you DO NOT have an apricot! There have been several that were stuck on “address locked” but never updated on my fulfillment page end. Not until I looked up the actual email or name of the backer then they showed up.

If you selected the choice to get the refund for the apricots, I am processing those on Saturday as well as replying to all the follow up emails Sunday as well. Anyone who already has tracking, if your tracking has not yet updated then it will by Monday. As the last of the shipping labels are also being packed up tomorrow to be dropped off Monday!!
If you have not sent a follow up email ONLY REGAREDING order fixes or address changes please do so. I am almost all caught up on them, and on orders. Only 138 remain to be sent out/labels bought. I feel like I am finally getting my head above water on this after such a rough process. I am also already integrating the new methods for packing that will be used for all future campaigns. Instead of bringing every single label to the shop, and them getting miss placed. I am instead separating them into manageable sections for each day and giving them ach their own folder for them to stay in until I pack that day. The plan is for 50 a day to be the manageable amount. Of course ones that are just a single pal are much quicker so there will also be dedicated days for singles in which around 75 will be done.
Also regarding fossil boxes, they will no longer be included with orders. I was wanting to include them since they still have the logo brand but there have been complaints that I am including them even though there are no more fossils left. So in an effort to avoid complaints I will not be including them in the remaining orders. If you haven't gotten your order yet but still want the empty case though please comment below and I will make sure to include it as they are still cute and you can display other things in them.
So real quick thing, I have most of the order fixes printed and tracking sent. IF YOU HAVENT GOTTEN AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING PLEASE SEND A FOLLOW UP EMAIL!!!
And please refer to older updates regarding the fossils, ther have been many emails regarding the lack of them. As previously stated I didn't have enough of them for all of the orders, with over 1800 orders including the preorders I just did not have enough in my collection to send out to everyone. I am really sorry about it, but i never planned for so many people.

Regarding all future campaigns, i mentioned this in the previous post. But just incase others missed it.
Pride pals will be the last pocket pal campaign ran, with two exceptions that have 5 designs or just one design, until every single backerkit order is sent out and received. This includes those in paranormal pals, prehistoric pals, and the upcoming pride pals. As well as all order fixes which are being worked on.
I want to make it very clear incase anyone was on the fence about pride pals since paranormal hasn’t been fuffiled yet! Nothing else will be launched until EVERY ORDER is fulfilled or fixed. That way we can start the prophecy pal campaign off on a fresh start without any orders still needing to go out!
I’m working my way through emails regarding order fixes. I’m only one person though packing everything myself, and it takes time to get through each email and get each label done and tracking sent. Only so many hours in the day, and I also work full time. I really appreciate everyone’s patience though!! I’m doing the best I can as a one person team, and I’m trying to make sure order errors do not happen in future campaigns!
I won’t be asking any friends to help on future ones cause it seems that is where all the mistakes happened is when there were multiple people packing and I was unable to double check each box. I will not be allowing that to happen gain though and am striving to improve! This campaign was extremely overwhelming and still is tbh, while I appreciate the love for these guys it definitely has caused more stress than expected haha. But still extremely grateful for all of the love on these little critters!
Surveys will be going out on Tuesday!! (Well, assuming they are approved by then. Just submitted the surveys for review!!)
There are a few things to note about the surveys.
Series 1 pocket pals will have limited availability during them. We will be adding our remaining stock!
There are still 3 samples that are not finalized, and so the surveys will NOT lock and charge until said samples are finalized. These samples are - - Tiktalik (who i have yet to receive any phto of. should be next week.) - Rainbow raptor, who we are changing their wings - Apricot Raptor who should be done by wednesday.
Once these samples are finalized I will make another update, and lock surveys 72 hours after they are finalized. You are able to change and edit your pledge during the surveys as well.
We will have limited stock of salmon spino, spino jackets, blankets, and Ita bags during the surveys as well! Please know we wish we could stock more but just due to sheer constraint of space we can only offer what we have space for. We want to try and get a warehouse rather than a few storage units in 2026, so that we are able to offer more in the future! But living in a Rural area it is hard to find any warehouses for rent that are not insanely expensive or overly large. We also need one that hac AC and Heat, since we would pack order in it as well. But rest assured we are doing our best to try and expand to offer more!!
Once surveys are locked, and shipping charged we will begin printing out labels once the boxes arrive. So please do not be alarmed if you receive a tracking number, and it does not update for a long time. We want to work on labeling and sorting the different boxes so that when everything arrives the boxes are all already labeled, and we can just grab boxes and pack. Instead of needing to sort through all the box sizes, find the right size, label it, etc.
This is also to help us avoid losing or missplacing any labels when we have stacks of them to print. Having the labels already attached to their boxes will enable us to work much quicker and more effeciently as well. I will also send another update every time we drop off packages. The goal is to get atleast 1400 out during the first week of packing. As I have invited several friends who are also self employed to help pack from 9am-6pm daily for a week straight to hopefully mitigate the wait time for these orders. Since I know the whole process is delayed compared to where the timeline in the campaign had said we would be by now.
To avoid such a wait we are making all samples from now on before campaigns launch, so that everything is already ready before launching. Meaning we will only need to wait for production time, rather than sample creation as well. (3-4 months rather than 6+ months.) The exception to this is of course things like the jackets or Ita Bags, as they cost more to get samples of and I do not want to start those process unless we have funding for the bulk order of them.
We are also going to be sending out a mass email to all of the custom pal backers on monday as well. To get the ball rolling with that. I really appriciate everyone's support and patience with this campaign!! I am so excited for what the future of pocket pals holds!!
On January 22nd we will be launching Paranormal Pals!! Our cryptid campaign series, and the samples are currently in progress. The plan is to have the first five done by the campaign and the others in progress at the very least since Dinosaurs took a little longer than expected this will be the last campaign that samples are not ALL done before launch. But we do not foresee this slowing production as many have similar body shapes and should be way easier to produce the samples! As compared to the dinosaurs who were vastly different from each one!

Just heard from my manufacterer that all samples will finally be finished as of next weekend!!
Which means surveys will be going out!! No worries as bulk order for them have already been placed and as soon as remaining samples are finalized then those bulk orders will be in progress!!

Several are already partly through production as well. And the oversized plush have already been finished and about to be sent out!!
Jackets and ita bags arrive around the end of December/first week of January!! Thanks to some delays in shipping they are running a little late. But all backerkit orders will still be sent out to you guys by the end of January!!
Next weekend we will be reaching out to all of the custom order people as well to begin design work on those!! We will also have photos of finished cryptid samples by the end of December too, just in time for our launch on January 22 for series 3!!

Except for parasaurolophus, the colors will be changing for them and they will be made a tiny bit chunkier but overall are done! Will just be way less saturated pink because oh my it’s too bright haha.

And then surveys will go out!! Rainbow raptor just needs his wings fixed is all we are waiting on. Apricot was way off and is being heavily edited. Stego just needs bigger spikes!
