Okay here’s the update regarding everything else!!
There are several people who still have cards that are failing to charge. These orders aren’t being sent out, as will the orders who have surveys not completed. (About 120 orders total) I sent reminds as well as retried card charges. Check your emails!! These orders will not be sent until things are fixed or surveys are done.
Order fixes are in full swing, it takes a while for me to go through each email, get the address, label, print label and label the label correctly for what goes with it. So the current plan is about 15 a week printing since I work backerkit things in the evening. And only have so much time. (There’s about 59 total fixes. )
Anyone who hasn’t gotten tracking yet (if you do not have an apricot!!) will be getting it this week. I am working on getting the labels bought and printed. This includes preorders.
I will be listing all left over prehistoric pals on a brand new “pocket pal” website in the end of July!! After I make sure all orders are fixed or sent out! They WILL NOT restock once sold out with some exceptions that will restock next year during series 2 of prehistoric pals in the summer!!

I have been doing my best but I also have two big conventions coming up and I am trying to get my full time job stuff all completed in time for them too so I actually have stuff to sell at it 😅 as these cons pay the bills haha.
But I wanna thank everyone again for their support and patience with this campaign it’s way way larger than I ever expected. (And truthfully really hoping future ones don’t get this big. It’s been extremely stressful and overwhelming being a single person doing all this work to send everything out while still working. but still super thankful)
Now what I am going to be asking is this. ONLY COMMENT IF YOU ARE AN APRICOT ORDER WHO HAS NOT YET GOTTEN THEIR TRACKING INFORMATION. IF YOU HAVE TRACKING YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT OUT THIS WEEK. This is an apricot only update, there will be a 2nd update regarding everything else.
Here is an update about the apricot order. The manufacterer is in the process of getting compensation for the missing half, and is also in the process of remaking them. They said it would be about a month and a half before the new order arrives to me. It could be sooner it just depends on how fast they are completed.
However I know a lot of people don’t want to wait that long to get their orders. So you have four options! (I wish the last option was different but this is the only way I can do it. I can’t afford it all myself there’s a lot of orders and I am still in the process of sending out order fixes. )
-option 1
-refund of the apricot plushie and order gets sent out asap.
-option 2
-wait for apricots to arrive with weekly updates via backerkit until they do. Order sent out within a week of them arriving.
-option 3
-your apricot gets sent out with your paranormal pal plushie order. (If you backed paranormal pals)
-option 4
-order gets sent out now minus apricot. When they arrive invoices are sent out to everyone with an apricot to pay for shipping. (If in US it’s roughly $9-11)
Now what I am going to be asking is this. ONLY COMMENT IF YOU ARE AN APRICOT ORDER WHO HAS NOT YET GOTTEN THEIR TRACKING INFORMATION. IF YOU HAVE TRACKING YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT OUT THIS WEEK.

I am asking very nicely if you do not have an apricot order please do not comment! I will make a 2nd update where others can comment for any questions or anything. This is PURELY AN APRICOT UPDATE.
If you do not comment it will be assumed you want to wait for the apricot order to arrive for your order to be sent out.
Also there is an update regarding prophecy pals! They are being delayed to until all current pocket pal orders are sent out. (This includes the upcoming pride pals) so that I can start this series fresh without any backlog! And go wild with it!!
This will be the standard from now on. Campaigns will launch when less than 100 orders remain from the previous since it will take only a couple days for that. Or when orders are half filled.
This also means that it will give me time to get even more samples completed for the campaign. The hope is to launch end of October. And go until the end of November. With the orders shipping out in March of 2027.
Hey everyone!! So this Friday I do not work, so I will be spending the whole day working on packing orders with the intent to at least get 100 of them sent out Monday when post office opens back up!!
This will include order fixes, which I am working on getting tracking sent out to everyone during this week. Or at least as many as I can in the evenings. Takes about 5-10 min per email and shipping label I need to purchase/email tracking. So it is a slow process to get through everything but I am working through it.
I am also unhappy to share that it turns out that what I had thought were the other half of apricot raptors that had arrived was in fact blankets of other designs. When I went to go gather up all the boxes of the apricot to begin packing I found this out, since my storage unit people went ahead and put the boxes in my unit for me when they came. I have contacted the manufacturer about this because when checking the tracking it showed they still were 'on their way' in the same place they had been for weeks. The manufacturer contacted UPS and they said they should be hopefully arriving soon, as there was a customs issue and they are working on the paper work for it.
\I also will be reaching out to several international backers for shipping issues, I have no issue covering shipping when its like $52 or something similar instead of $45 like predicted. But some orders are over $250 for shipping due to the weight of everything so I will be reaching out to those backers to figure out what to do, because that is not something I can cover myself for over 20 different backers. I just do not have the extra income to do so, I will be sending out emails in the next few days
Just wanted to say the other apricots have all arrived! And I am in the process of working on printing all of the remaining labels for the orders left. SO if you have not yet got tracking, you will in the next day or two! However, there are also orders that do not include apricot also being printed out so dont panic if you havent gotten yours yet but did not get an apricot!
There are also order fixes going out alongside the apricot orders over the next two-three weeks! I am hoping that every single order will be sent out, or fixed, by the end of april!!
Also got several emails about the fossils, like stated previously I do not have enough for every order. So cases still are being sent out

Wanted to share that the last of the orders are getting sent out tomorrow! (Minus like 12 that I need to get blankets and ita bags for from the storage unit that will go out Tuesday)
I also am going through emails, if there are any order issues please let me know!! I am planning to get any order fixes sent out within the next three weeks. And I am taking steps to make sure issues with orders don’t happen again, if I have anyone helping pack in the future will be double checking every single box to make sure it’s correct.
Also don’t forget that paranormal pals surveys lock in a week! If you backed make sure you go through and check your address before they lock!! I am planning to begin packing those end of May when the bulk order arrives!! The plan is to get all of those orders out within 3 weeks, streamlining the packing process. (Attempting to, with a new organization and assembly line for packing)
