Shipping for all the orders will begin febuary 11th! We are in the process still of printing all the labels, so if you haven’t gotten tracking yet don’t worry!! There are some orders already packed but they haven’t been dropped off yet!
The final shipment of plushies finally arrived as well!! We just have to move them to the warehouse space
Just finished up packing about 70 orders today!! First little round of packing has gone smoothly so far! Making progress feels so good! We are going to utilize usps pick up as well, so weekly packages will be picked up. I am still working on printing out labels so if you haven’t gotten a tracking number yet DO NOT panic!
You will at somepoint soon. It is definitely a process to get these all printed out.
Also do not forget about series three currently running! We have currently unlocked about half of the designs! And still a lot of time left please consider checking into it if you want some cute cryptid friends!!
Still working on printing out labels for orders, but about half of them are printed out so far. And I am working my way through them.
However, there are only 6-7 designs left to arrive!! We are almost entirely set up for packing orders!
With that being said, while I do also have a full time job, it will be a slower process with just me. But from February 11-17 I will have a couple friends in town to help me pack orders. Our goal is to pack at least 200 a day during that week while I have the help.
Also don't forget that the series 3 will launch today!! While I wish I could move it back, since order shipping is just now beginning it is a part of pintopia so unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it.
Breif update here guys! Shipping for international orders has been way more than expected, even for the orders just containing one plush. For this campaign I will be covering the excess cost of shipping since e verything has already been paid for. But in future camapigns International shipping will either cost extra, or I will just have to exclude international shipments from future campaigns.
While printing labels there have been several upwards of $65 just for one plush, some over $100 for 4 plush. SO I will be making a poll tomorrow for feedback on what I should do for future campaigns.
I put just a few examples below of these orders to just show. I have enough thanks to others adding more during surveys so it is fine for this campaign! But almost every international order has ended up more than projected, not sure if it is due to shipping increases overall, tarriffs, etc but it was not expected.
Oh my gosh yall! The first round of plushies has finally arrived!!
I have been hard at work getting them unpacked and out up in the new warehouse space! I’m currently waiting on the rest of them to come in, which is hopefully soon!!
It was a very long day yesterday, moving over 90 boxes from the storage unit to the new space, with each one weighing about 40 kilograms. And just myself and one other person doing it, but it was worth the work! But definitely hoping atleast a weeks break from moving things before the other plushies arrive :)
There’s still a lot left to unpack, but I plan to work on sending out any orders that I can with the ones that have arrived, according to backerkit’s filter that’s about 300 or so orders! So going to start packing those next week!!
I also beleive I got everyone’s comments replied to, and refunds given if needed. But if I missed you please comment on this post so I can get that processed asap!
Also don’t forget that paranormal pals launches soon!! Just a few days away, while I wish that everything would have been shipped out by now thanks to shipping delays on the plushies I’ll still be working on sending out orders even during this next campaign. Which was not the plan, but being a part of pintopia I can’t cancel it now with cross collaboration going on.
However rest assured I am doing my best to make sure everything goes smooth! Samples for that campaign are about 80% done already. And I will be having a 1-2 month gap between this campaign and prophecy pals in the fall to get a very much needed break.
This campaign has been way larger than I ever expected it to end up, and working a full time job while doing backerkit stuff in the evening hasn’t left me with much free time for just life stuff so I am looking forward to that break for sure.
