Huge thanks to all 327 of YOU, we have successfully fully funded our Dress-Up Beary Campaign! 🎉
It's been a long ride but we had so much fun the entire journey! We cannot wait to start bringing all our rewards to life along with all the new designs YOU guys came up with! We now have 3 variants of our Beary plush thanks to your suggestions and a couple more new pin designs as well!! 😋

What's Next
Payments
- Backerkit will be charging your cards right away for the next 2 weeks starting from the end of the campaign.
- For those with failed payments, you will be notified to re-enter your payment details and Backerkit will attempt a charge. For payments that are not fixed by Day 14, your pledge will be dropped and you will not receive your rewards.
- Some common reasons behind payment errors are, insufficient funds, foreign currency charge or your charge was declined by your bank. If so, calling your bank or changing a payment method will help resolve the issue!
- The payment made now will not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will only be collected when you fill up your survey.
Surveys
- In the meantime, we will be working hard to complete the survey where you can choose the designs you would like for your rewards.
- Through the survey, you will get to pay for your SHIPPING FEES and also add-on anything extra that you did not managed to get during the campaign period.
- We will do another update once our surveys are being sent out. Do keep an eye out for it in your inboxes as it will help us (and you!) if the surveys are completed ASAP! ❤️

- We have sent in sample making for our 2 additional Bearys and fingers crossed we will have something to show you guys in the next 2 weeks so that you can make your choices!
Preorder Store
- Our preorder store are currently in the works and will be opened in a few days time.
- Through that, you will be able to grab anything that you missed out during the campaign period!
- Rest assure that all freebies are applicable to all preorders and additional add-ons during the survey period.
- An update will be made once the preorder store is opened!

Project Update: Pink & Lilac Beary Final Draft + Orders Lock in 48 Hours!
Hello everyone!
We are here with a little update on our Pink and Lilac plushies! I know a few of you are torn on which color to choose, especially with their samples not super fixed yet 🙈 So, thankfully (!!) we received the revised photos of them today :) Here's a look at them:
After some consideration, we have decided that these will most likely be the final sample of them! Hopefully this can help you with deciding on which color way you would like~ 💛
Orders Lock in 48 Hours!
Next, thank you to all 268 of you for completing your surveys so quick! 💖💖💖 As we have reached the 80% mark, we will be locking all orders in 48 hours! Those who preordered and paid for shipping via your credit cards will expect the charge to be made just after the locking of all orders. Payments will be processed in SGD, so please do not be surprised!
Also, if your payment fails, Backerkit will wait until you’ve fixed your payment method before attempting to charge again, so please do not worry, your pledge will not be cancelled!
And for those who have yet to complete your surveys, please do complete your survey as soon as possible. All backers should have received a survey link via the email address you used to back for our project. If you cannot find your survey, please head to: https://dress-up-beary-plush-and-pins.backerkit.com/ and input in your Backerkit email address to retrieve it! :)
If you still cannot retrieve it, do feel free to DM me on Instagram or shoot me an email! :)

Project Update: All Surveys Sent!
Hello everyone!
Just a little update that ALL the surveys have been sent out! You should receive them in an hour or two~ You will be able to make payment for your shipping fees and indicate your choices for your pins/plushies via the survey~ You may also add on items you may have missed out on via the survey! Do check your junk/spam if you do not see it in your inboxes~ :)
Do note that freebie items have already been added into your survey carts, so you will not have to add them again. If you do not see them, fret not too as we will manually add them in during fulfillment :)

🚚 Shipping & Address
- All shipping fees will be collected via Backerkit! These fees will be calculated based on your overall parcel weight and the country you are based in.
- You will be able to change your shipping address at anytime before I receive the products and have them shipped out to you guys! I will make another update before I start locking in your addresses!
Please help to fill up your survey ASAP so that I can give my manu the total count as soon as possible~ This will help hasten the fulfillment process and hopefully bring forward the date of fulfillment. Only possible if all of you work together to fill it up asap! <3
If you did not receive any survey links, do let me know asap as well!
Once we have reached about 80% of surveys answered, we will proceed to lock orders and charge your cards!

Project Update: Peek at New Colors! + Surveys Smoke Test Soon...
Hello everyone!
It's another new week! Hope you have all been doing alright :)
We are here with a new update on some very exciting new progress we've had with the sample making of our new plushies! The first draft of our Pink and Lilac plushies are out along with our StrawBeary outfit~ Without further ado, here are some first sneaks of them!
We are here with a new update on some very exciting new progress we've had with the sample making of our new plushies! The first draft of our Pink and Lilac plushies are out along with our StrawBeary outfit~ Without further ado, here are some first sneaks of them!
🍓 StrawBeary Outfit
If you recall our very first draft, it was a little more pastel and did not have the pouffiness that I envisioned in my sketch. After sending it back for revisions, our StrawBeary outfit came back just like how we want it! It's extra pouffy and in a cute pink shade - it looks just like Beary wearing an actual strawberry! 😂
This will be the final sample for our StrawBeary outfit! If you like how it looks, you may add it as an add-on when our surveys are out :)
💗💜 Pink & Lilac Beary Plush
We just received photos of our first draft over the weekend. So here's a first look of them!
We have a few details that needs some changes and have sent them in already. Here are the details that we requested changes to be made for:
- Pink Beary's eyes/nose embroidery colour to be changed to a much lighter pink shade (instead of current dark red shade).
- Lilac Beary to also have a slightly lighter embroidery color for its eyes and nose.
- Nose size of both plushies to be edited to match original Beary's nose size.
- We've changed the colors of their overalls/bow-tie to be more pastel and light - especially for Pink Beary (it's looking abit too red right now).
- Size of ear embroidery to be smaller - to follow original Beary's sample.
Let me know what do you think of them! :) I'm hoping they will turn out better in the second draft! For now, their bedtime outfits are looking super cute (I requested no change for them). It's mainly the colors of the embroidery on their faces and their overalls / bow-tie outfits that needs further revisions.
Smoke Test Soon!
Lastly, we have gotten approval to send out surveys yay! We will be starting the sending of surveys with a small smoke test first to see if everything is working well.
The smoke test should be sent in about 24-48 hours from now, so a small percentage of you will receive your surveys really soon! :)
As our surveys are gradually being sent out, we will begin liaising with our manufacturer on the production of all your goodies, so that we can have an early start with the production and hopefully quicken the timeline a little. We will do a concrete update once we do start mass production proper!
The smoke test should be sent in about 24-48 hours from now, so a small percentage of you will receive your surveys really soon! :)

Project Update: Preorder Store Open!
Hello everyone!
Happy Monday!
We are here to do a quick update that our preorder store is OPEN! 🎉 Through our preorder store, you can make payments via Paypal and also participate in the campaign if you missed it during the campaign period!
All our freebies will still be available for all preorders so you won't be missing out! Our preorder store will be mainly for non-backers (for backers who want to add extra items to your pledge, you can do so via the survey later on!).
Lastly, our Preorder store will be open for 2 weeks only until the end of February! Just a note that this will be last chance to preorder our Dress-Up Beary collection! 😝
