What's Next

• Backerkit will be charging your cards right away for the next 2 weeks starting from the end of the campaign. 
• For those with failed payments, you will be notified to re-enter your payment details and Backerkit will attempt a charge. For payments that are not fixed by Day 14, your pledge will be dropped and you will not receive your rewards. 
• Some common reasons behind payment errors are, insufficient funds, foreign currency charge or your charge was declined by your bank. If so, calling your bank or changing a payment method will help resolve the issue!
• The payment made now will not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will only be collected when you fill up your survey.

• In the meantime, we will be working hard to complete the survey where you can choose the designs you would like for your rewards. 
• Through the survey, you will get to pay for your SHIPPING FEES and also add-on anything extra that you did not managed to get during the campaign period. 
• We will do another update once our surveys are being sent out. Do keep an eye out for it in your inboxes as it will help us (and you!) if the surveys are completed ASAP! ❤️

• We have sent in sample making for our 2 additional Bearys and fingers crossed we will have something to show you guys in the next 2 weeks so that you can make your choices!

• Our preorder store are currently in the works and will be opened in a few days time.
• Through that, you will be able to grab anything that you missed out during the campaign period!
• Rest assure that all freebies are applicable to all preorders and additional add-ons during the survey period.
