We are currently back from our mid-con crunch and we've been working very hard the past few days to get our fulfillment up to speed. And we are very happy to share that we are at 92% FULFILLMENT RATE!
Technically we are probably closer to 100%, except for a couple of pledges that are asked to put on hold, etc, and a few local mails that are still waiting for collection so that we can update them with a tracking number. But all in all, fulfillment is close to an end.
You should be receiving tracking notifications soon and I cannot wait for you to start receiving your goodies! It's always a joy seeing your photos so I'm looking forward to that hehe.

Beary’s Spring Cafe V.2 is officially up and running! 🌸✨
Hello everyone! Thanks to all 171 of you we’ve managed to fund our new Beary’s Spring Cafe pins along with our NEW and super exciting Varsity Jacket!
I was initially a little apprehensive with funding them all but YOU GUYS pulled through and we were SO CLOSE to our original pledge goal! 🥹💞 Very very appreciative to all of you and for believing in our project!
What’s Next?
Payments
Backerkit will be charging your cards right after our campaign ends!
If you’ve got a failed payment, you will be notified to re-enter your payment details and Backerkit will attempt a charge. For payments that are not fixed by Day 14, your pledge will be dropped and you will not receive your rewards.
Some common reasons behind payment errors are, insufficient funds, foreign currency charge or your charge was declined by your bank. If so, calling your bank will help resolve the issue!
Surveys We are working on finalising our surveys and your shipping fees will then be charged via the survey! It should be ready in about a week or two~ You will receive an email and an update via here when it’s ready! 💖
If you’ve got additional Add-On items you would like to get, you will be able to grab them via the surveys as well. Otherwise, we do also have our Preorder Store up for a week. And you may grab stuffs you might have missed out on there! ✨

Good news first! Our remaining pins are all done! They are on the way to us right now and should reach me by end of day today! Once we've received them, we will proceed with fulfillment ASAP!! I really do want to get these done as soon as possible before we fly so I will definitely have those that can be fulfilled fulfilled by these 2 days.
Jacket + Pin Banners Delay - Fulfillment in mid-end July
And now for the very unfortunate bad news... :( I was hoping for the 24th arrival of our jackets but I guess things were not meant to be :( They were supposed to reach mid June but it has been 2 weeks since the projected arrival date and our jackets are not anywhere near us. This is unfortunately due to congestion in the seas - a totally unexpected hiccup. They are currently projected to reach sometime in the first week of July (if there are no further delays) and because I will be out of town then, the fulfillment will begin in mid-end July as mentioned before.
Additionally, our pin banners are also unfortunately in the same predicament and hence pledges that contain a pin banner will be held off fulfillment until we are back as well.
We Are Away
Lastly, just a note - we will be away from the 27th of June to the 14 of July and answers to queries or emails may be slightly slower. We seek your understanding on that! For quickest replies, you may DM us on IG!
We are so sorry for the delay and please rest assure that we will make sure to start fulfillment ASAP once we are back so that you can receive your lovely rewards asap too.

I'm here to do a little update on the progress of our pins~ We've just received approximately half of our Spring Cafe collection - meaning about 8 designs, are completed and have reached me!
The 8 designs are:
Beary's Berry Pancake
Bunny's Creamy Soft Serve
Creamy Mochi Matcha Latte
Sakura Cake Roll
Spring Boba
Sakura Cream Ade
Mini Enamel Pin A Cuppa Latte
Mini Enamel Pin A Dango Duo
We will be going ahead to fulfill pledges that ONLY consists of any of the above 8 designs and the remaining will be fulfilled when they reach me. They are estimated to be ready next week as they are unfortunately being remade due to the high defect rates, so I'm hoping that they will reach me just before I fly for our mid year cons!
Varsity Jacket Update
Also, an update for our jackets! Unfortunately, there has been some massive jam at our shipping ports and because the jackets are transported to me via sea shipping, they have been held up at the port for awhile now. I've been given the estimate that they will be released by the 24th and I am really, really hoping that that will be true.
If they do get released before I fly, I will be packing and fulfilling them as soon as they reach me. If they do not, unfortunately, the fulfillment will be delayed until mid of July.
Important: Address Lock!
As we are getting ready to fulfill a couple of your pledges, we will be locking your addresses in 24 hours! Please do ensure that your given addresses are accurate (check your unit numbers!) and if you'll require any changes in your addresses, do make the change asap! :)
We will start fulfillment for the pins listed above from tomorrow and the remaining ones will ideally be fulfilled sometime next week. If there are more delays, I will only be fulfilling the rest of the pins on mid July.

Just dropping by here to do a little update on our production progress so far~ We are currently pretty on time with our estimated production timeline. So far, we have received the finished products for:
Our pins are still in production but our jackets (!!) have very fortunately, finished production! They are currently on the way to me and should hopefully reach sometime next week. Here's a little sneak peek at some finished pin designs (they are looking pretty cute if I do say so myself hehe)~ The rest of the pins are still under production and fingers tightly crossed, we will receive an update in the next 2-3 weeks!
I'm still hoping to start and complete fulfillment before I fly off end June so let's hope everything works out fine. If they do, I will do an update for address locks nearer to the date :)
