Surveys have gone out so you can now pick your rewards!! A few Q&A!

(PLEASE NOTE! If your payment failed for the campaign you did not get a survey and you have TWO MORE DAYS to fix your payment method!
If you are a Pay in 4 pledge, your survey will not arrive until you are paid in full!)

1) When are you locking surveys?
Not until March! There is no hurry to fill out your survey. We will give ample warning before surveys are closed.

2) How come I already got charged/locked?
You selected the option to be charged and locked right away when filling the survey out.

3) Can we see more photos and finished prototypes before deciding?
Yes, you will hopefully see those in the next month, long before you have to finish your survey!

4) I have a question about my order or shipping costs.
Campaign prices, especially shipping costs, have been kept as low as possible while reflecting the actual fulfillment center and carrier costs. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to email customer service at [email protected] 

5) I have a payment or technical problem.
Any payment issues/errors or address errors should be sent to [email protected]. Backerkit is best suited to help you with those issues as the LittleSofts team has no control over them. 

THE PRE-ORDER STORE IS NOW OPEN ALSO! If you missed the campaign entirely, you can still grab your items there! If you did pledge, just add items to your pledge -- do not use the pre-order store! We can't combine those and you will pay shipping twice if you do.

Thank you so much to everyone for your support over the past few weeks.... I am really happy and surprised by the outcome of this campaign.... making big teddies was my dream for so long, and you made it come true 😭 Thank you for loving the characters who I worked on for so long and enjoying the surprises I planned... I work on these campaigns for so many months and try to plan out how it'll go, and I am still somehow always surprised by the results!!!

Hi friends! I have some prototype updates!!
They are coming along fantastic and only need a few edits each!! YAY!!

I know what you're gonna say -- Sunny, can't we see them from the front? Or someone holding them?

Yes, I will try to get some front views ready for you this week! Most newer Sunshines are not with me, they are with my manu, so I can't control how they are photographed, but I will try to get some shots for you!

The prototypes will all be fully completed, in my hands and photographed by me long before surveys close, so you'll have plenty of time to see them before you make your final decisions!
