Surveys have gone out so you can now pick your rewards!! A few Q&A!
(PLEASE NOTE! If your payment failed for the campaign you did not get a survey and you have TWO MORE DAYS to fix your payment method! If you are a Pay in 4 pledge, your survey will not arrive until you are paid in full!)
1) When are you locking surveys? Not until March! There is no hurry to fill out your survey. We will give ample warning before surveys are closed.
2) How come I already got charged/locked? You selected the option to be charged and locked right away when filling the survey out.
3) Can we see more photos and finished prototypes before deciding? Yes, you will hopefully see those in the next month, long before you have to finish your survey!
4) I have a question about my order or shipping costs. Campaign prices, especially shipping costs, have been kept as low as possible while reflecting the actual fulfillment center and carrier costs. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to email customer service at [email protected]
5) I have a payment or technical problem. Any payment issues/errors or address errors should be sent to [email protected]. Backerkit is best suited to help you with those issues as the LittleSofts team has no control over them.
Thank you so much to everyone for your support over the past few weeks.... I am really happy and surprised by the outcome of this campaign.... making big teddies was my dream for so long, and you made it come true 😭 Thank you for loving the characters who I worked on for so long and enjoying the surprises I planned... I work on these campaigns for so many months and try to plan out how it'll go, and I am still somehow always surprised by the results!!!

Since we always have these questions pop up after the end of a campaign, here's some reminders!
-BackerKit will collect payments for pledges (excluding shipping costs) once the campaign ends.
-Surveys will be sent sometime in January. These will be sent in a staggered manner, so don't be alarmed if someone gets their survey before you! You will confirm your shipping address and pay for your shipping costs at this time.
-If you utilized the Pay Over Time feature, you do not receive a survey until your payments are completed.
-Yes, we will have a preorder store open! However, if you have a pledge, your best option is to add on any additional items with your survey. The preorder store is best for people who did not pledge during the campaign. We can't combine preorder store and pledges for shipment!
-You WILL see more pics of ALL the Sunshine Teddies before surveys close!! We will have plenty of post-campaign updates with more photos and videos of ALL the Sunshine Teddies in various angles. Surveys won't close until all payments have been collected, and all Sunshine Teddies prototypes have been completed and photographed. There is no need to hurry with your survey!

Hi friends! I have some prototype updates!! They are coming along fantastic and only need a few edits each!! YAY!!
I know what you're gonna say -- Sunny, can't we see them from the front? Or someone holding them?
Yes, I will try to get some front views ready for you this week! Most newer Sunshines are not with me, they are with my manu, so I can't control how they are photographed, but I will try to get some shots for you!
The prototypes will all be fully completed, in my hands and photographed by me long before surveys close, so you'll have plenty of time to see them before you make your final decisions!
These photos have been slightly altered (like making Ashes' tail bigger) but are 90% final!
Please remember the dolls are lovingly made one by one by hand and take a lot of time and care so please be patient with our process! I want them to be perfect for you!

Scrapple Pallas Cat is all finished!!! Look how cute she came out.... 😭This manul has been on my list of animals to make into plushies for YEARS and I am glad I waited until I knew the best way to pull it off. I hope you love her!!!

I will try to get prototypes/WIP out for them all before it ends on Friday but I hope you can see they usually come out looking super close to the artwork! And you will see fully finished plushies long before surveys close so don't worry about that!
